Salesforce's free, one-day French customer and partner event, run in French by Salesforce France, with a spring hall show at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles and, in 2026, a second edition on Thursday 5 November 2026 at the Palais des Congrès de Paris that relays the Dreamforce announcements on Agentforce, Data 360 and Slack.
Agentforce World Tour Paris is the French stop of Salesforce's global roadshow, a free one-day conference and exhibition that Salesforce France runs for its customers, prospects and implementation partners. It was called Salesforce World Tour Paris until 2024, when Salesforce renamed the tour after Agentforce, its platform for AI agents built on the CRM, and used the Paris edition of 7 November 2024 at the Palais des Congrès to announce Agentforce's availability in France. The day combines an opening keynote by Salesforce France's leadership, customer case studies from French companies, product breakout sessions by cloud (Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce, Data 360, MuleSoft, Slack, Tableau), hands-on workshops and an exhibition floor where Salesforce product teams and sponsoring consultancies and software vendors staff booths. Paris now has two kinds of edition: a large spring show at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles (22 May 2025, 21 May 2026, both in Pavillon 6) and an autumn edition at the Palais des Congrès that carries the announcements made at Dreamforce, Salesforce's annual conference in San Francisco, to a French audience (7 November 2024, and 5 November 2026 for the edition documented here). For the sales stack it is the day when the CRM most French sales teams run on demonstrates its sales, revenue and service agents in front of the largest single gathering of Salesforce users in France, in French.
The next edition is Thursday 5 November 2026, from 9:00 to 18:00 CET, with badge pickup from 7:30, per the official page (salesforce.com/fr/events/paris, checked 6 September 2026) and Salesforce's global events calendar (salesforce.com/events), which lists Paris on 5 November 2026 between Seattle (3 November) and Los Angeles (1 December). It is held at the Palais des Congrès de Paris, 2 place de la Porte Maillot, 75017 Paris, the venue of the November 2024 edition, and not at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, where the 21 May 2026 edition ran. One caution for anyone reading the official FAQ page (salesforce.com/fr/events/paris/faq): as of 6 September 2026 it had not been updated and still describes the May edition at Porte de Versailles, Pavillon 6, with doors at 8:30, so the FAQ's venue, hours and transport answers do not apply to 5 November 2026. The November date is the French relay of Dreamforce, which runs 15 to 17 September 2026 in San Francisco: the official page bills the day as "le meilleur des innovations Dreamforce".
The event is organised and funded by Salesforce, the CRM and cloud-software company headquartered in San Francisco, through its French subsidiary Salesforce France (legal entity Salesforce.com France SAS, 3 avenue Octave Gréard, 75007 Paris), whose executive vice president and chief executive, Émilie Sidiqian, opens the Paris keynote each edition (May 2025 and May 2026 keynotes confirmed by Le Monde Informatique, the Salesforce France newsroom and partner accounts); Bruno-Benjamin Katz, deputy general manager and head of sales for Salesforce France, shared the May 2026 stage. No external event agency is named as organiser on the official page; registration runs on Salesforce's own platform (reg.salesforce.com) and attendee support goes through a Salesforce mailbox. The attendee support contact is WorldTourSupport@salesforce.com, per the official FAQ page. World Tour stops are one product line among Salesforce's events, alongside Dreamforce (San Francisco, 15 to 17 September 2026), TDX (developer conference) and the Tableau Conference.
The 21 May 2026 edition gathered more than 8,000 professionals at Porte de Versailles, per Salesforce France's own press release of 21 May 2026 ("Plus de 8 000 professionnels réunis à l'Agentforce World Tour Paris"), the same 8,000 figure the official page and sponsor ACCELQ gave as the expected audience before the event; one attendee blog (Comptoir IA, Nicolas Guyon) reports 10,000 for the same day (unverifiable information), and no figure has been published for 5 November 2026. The May 2025 edition was put at 10,000 participants by Salesforce's press release (reproduced by Decideo, 24 May 2025) and by Le Monde Informatique (23 May 2025), with more than 300 partner integrators present; the November 2024 edition at the Palais des Congrès, the direct precedent for the November 2026 format, drew more than 2,000 customers (Salesforce figure via Relation Client Mag and sponsor VISEO), which tells you the autumn edition is a fraction of the spring show. The official FAQ says the event targets business decision-makers "across all sectors and company sizes" in sales, customer service, marketing, e-commerce and IT; in practice the room mixes existing Salesforce customers (sales, service and marketing leaders plus the admins and developers who run their instances, whom Salesforce calls Trailblazers), prospects, the French system integrators and ISVs, and Salesforce France's own account teams. A head of sales, CRO or RevOps lead will find peers at Salesforce customer companies (Michelin, Pierre Fabre, L'Oréal, MeilleurTaux and Pathé were on the May 2026 programme), the account teams that cover them, and the consultancies that implement Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud and Agentforce in France.
The November 2026 programme is not yet published in detail (the official page carries a timed outline and a theme statement as of 6 September 2026), but its role is stated on the page: to bring "the best of Dreamforce innovations" to Paris, so expect the products announced at Dreamforce on 15 to 17 September 2026 to be demonstrated on 5 November 2026, with Agentforce, Data 360 and Slack named as the product focus and customers "sharing results from running AI agents in production". What changed at the 21 May 2026 edition, for a reader who last came in 2025: the headline announcement was Headless 360, Salesforce's platform exposed through APIs and Model Context Protocol tools so that agents built outside Salesforce (the keynote cited Claude Code and Codex as well as Salesforce's own Agent Builder) can act on CRM data without the interface, demonstrated with Canada Goose (a phone service agent handling returns and recommendations) and Pierre Fabre (field sales agents preparing pharmacy visits and stock checks), per the integrator Siway's account of the plenary and the Comptoir IA blog; Data Cloud is now marketed as Data 360; Salesforce said it runs Agentforce for its own support chat worldwide and phone support in the US, with a French rollout announced; and Émilie Sidiqian framed the shift as "agentic SaaS" rather than a SaaS apocalypse. The venue itself is the other change: the November edition moves from the Porte de Versailles halls to the Palais des Congrès at Porte Maillot.
The official page gives a timed outline: badge pickup and networking from 7:30; exhibition areas and session overview from 9:00; the opening keynote from 10:00 to 11:00, titled "Humains et agents IA, unis au service du succès client" (humans and AI agents, united for customer success); lunch from 12:00 to 13:30; concurrent sessions, product demos and networking until 18:00; and a closing reception from 17:00 to 18:00. No session catalogue or speaker list for 5 November 2026 had been published as of 6 September 2026. For the shape of the day, the 21 May 2026 edition ran an opening keynote "L'Entreprise Agentique en action" (10:00 to 11:15) with Parker Harris (Salesforce co-founder), Émilie Sidiqian (EVP and CEO, Salesforce France) and Bruno-Benjamin Katz (deputy general manager, Salesforce France), customer demos from Canada Goose, Pierre Fabre (Linda Tibbits, director of B2B CRM) and Dell, a fireside chat with L'Oréal, BCG X and AMI Labs on agentic AI and complexity, and more than 100 sessions, 40 customer testimonials and 30 live demonstrations (organiser figures relayed by sponsor Uprizon and the integrator Guimini). Salesforce+ later published eleven French-language sessions from that day, including the main keynote, "Panel : La nouvelle frontière de l'entreprise agentique", "L'Oréal : IA agentique pour un service consommateur augmenté", "Boostez votre cycle de vente et revenus comme Michelin", "MuleSoft : le socle pour accélérer projets et IA agentique", "Pathé : des analytics aux décisions actionnables avec l'IA", "MeilleurTaux : comment déployer des agents IA à l'échelle ?" and "Comment les PME/ETI font de l'IA un levier de croissance". The November 2024 Palais des Congrès edition, the closest precedent in format, had one keynote, five plenary sessions and 30 demo workshops (Salesforce figures via Relation Client Mag).
Five formats recur across editions. A single plenary opening keynote (one hour, 75 minutes in May 2026) by Salesforce France's chief executive with Salesforce executives and French customers on stage. Product breakout sessions by cloud and by industry, 30 minutes in the business track, per the integrator Guimini's guide to the May 2026 edition. Hands-on workshops where attendees build with Agentforce (Comforth Easyfront demonstrated agent creation in 20 minutes on its stand). Partner sessions of about 20 minutes in the theatres on the exhibition floor (CGI presented "AI for Customer Service" at 15:00 in Theater 4 in May 2026) and peer roundtables. And the exhibition floor, called the Campground on other stops: Salesforce product-team demo stations plus sponsor booths with numbered stands (ACCELQ at 214, CGI at 110 in May 2026). Meals are part of the day: the official FAQ describes a lunch buffet and a closing cocktail, and the November page lists a lunch break and a reception from 17:00 to 18:00.
Side events are run by partners, not by Salesforce, and none had been announced for 5 November 2026 as of 6 September 2026. For the 21 May 2026 edition, the Salesforce consultancy Guimini hosted an after-party at the Rosé restaurant of the Novotel Paris Porte de Versailles, next to the halls, per its own blog. Salesforce France's newsroom and Salesforce Ben, the community media site whose Paris listing is thin, list no official evening event. Community activity in France runs through the Trailblazer Community Groups (Paris, Lyon, Toulouse, Lille, Nantes, Bordeaux, Aix-en-Provence, French Riviera) listed by the partner site sfapps.info, and through French Touch Dreamin', the community-run paid conference in Paris (listed by sfapps.info for December 2026, date marked tentative). Expect any November after-party to be announced by sponsors in the two weeks before the date.
Attendance is free: the official page offers free registration and the official FAQ states "L'événement est gratuit", including access to the exhibition, the lunch buffet and the closing cocktail. Registration is through Salesforce's registration platform (reg.salesforce.com, linked from the event page); the FAQ asks attendees to bring the confirmation email and an identity document, and recommends registering early because capacity is limited. There is no paid tier, VIP pass or exhibitor-visitor pass; the only paid participation is sponsorship (see the sponsor entry below). No hospitality valuation of the ticket is published for Paris, unlike the London FAQ.
Not publicly disclosed. There is no call for papers or speaker application form on the official page, the FAQ page or Salesforce France's events pages (checked 6 September 2026). Stage time follows one of three routes visible in past programmes: Salesforce customers are invited by their Salesforce account team to tell their story in the keynote or a breakout (Canada Goose, Pierre Fabre, Dell, L'Oréal, Michelin, Pathé and MeilleurTaux in May 2026; Bouygues Telecom, Engie, Adecco and Fermob in May 2025); sponsors receive theatre slots as part of a sponsorship package (CGI's 15:00 session in Theater 4 in May 2026); and Salesforce's own product and industry teams present the breakouts. A vendor or consultant with no Salesforce customer relationship and no sponsorship has no published route to the stage.
Sponsorship is sold by Salesforce to its partners; there is no open exhibitor floor plan for sale to non-partners. The route is Salesforce's global sponsorship page (salesforce.com/events/sponsorship/overview), which as of 6 September 2026 lists two Paris entries, 21 May 2026 and 5 November 2026, each with a downloadable prospectus, and a sponsorship inquiry form (salesforce.com/events/resources/sponsorship-inquiry); Salesforce also runs a partner invitation page for Paris (invite.salesforce.com/agentforceworldtourparispartenaire, not retrievable here). The November 2026 prospectus itself could not be retrieved, so tiers and prices for Paris are not documented here. Tier names seen on other stops are Groundbreaker (Capgemini, 2025), Innovator (Engineering and Atlantic Technologies, Milan 2026; EPAM, Amsterdam 2026) and Innovator+ (PwC, London 2024); Paris sponsors describe themselves simply as "sponsor" or "partenaire" with a numbered stand (ACCELQ at booth 214, CGI at booth 110 in May 2026). Prices are not published.
No sponsor list for 5 November 2026 had been published by Salesforce or by sponsors as of 6 September 2026; Salesforce does not publish a sponsor page for Paris, so the roster below is compiled from sponsors' own announcements and is partial by construction. For the 21 May 2026 edition: Comforth Easyfront (Magellan Partners group, stand with Agentforce Voice, Revenue Cloud and ITSM demos), Genesys (co-presenting its CX Cloud with Salesforce), ACCELQ (booth 214), CGI (booth 110 and a theatre session), Reply (present in Paris with Salesforce and MuleSoft specialists, as on the Frankfurt, Warsaw, Milan and London stops), Uprizon (sponsor) and Guimini (dedicated exhibition zone and after-party). For the 22 May 2025 edition, Salesforce's own press release named Capgemini, Deloitte Digital, Accenture, CGI, Prodware, VISEO, PwC, Odaseva, OSF Digital, Levana, SpringFive, Talan, Docusign, Inetum and KPMG as partners present, with 4CAD, Uprizon and Heroku (Salesforce's own platform unit) announcing stands. For the 7 November 2024 Palais des Congrès edition: 40 partner sponsors (Salesforce figure via Relation Client Mag), among them VISEO, DQE, Almavia CX and Comforth Easyfront by their own announcements. Expect the November 2026 roster to appear on sponsors' sites from October.
Salesforce customers and would-be customers across every industry, which is the point of a vendor roadshow rather than a sector conference; Salesforce publishes no breakdown by industry or role. Signals from the stage and the floor: the May 2026 customer speakers came from luxury and cosmetics (L'Oréal), pharmaceuticals (Pierre Fabre), tyres and mobility (Michelin), cinema (Pathé), online brokerage (MeilleurTaux), outerwear (Canada Goose) and hardware (Dell), with a dedicated session on SMEs and mid-caps; the May 2025 stage had telecoms (Bouygues Telecom), energy (Engie), staffing (Adecco) and furniture (Fermob), and the 2025 press release also cited EcoVadis, Leyton, Speedy and Yomoni as Agentforce adopters. The exhibitors are the French Salesforce consultancies and system integrators (Capgemini, Accenture, Deloitte Digital, CGI, Inetum, Talan, VISEO, Prodware, Comforth Easyfront, Reply, Uprizon, Guimini, 4CAD) and ISVs built on or next to the platform (Genesys and Diabolocom for contact centres, ACCELQ for test automation, Odaseva for data protection, DQE for data quality, Docusign). The official FAQ targets decision-makers in sales, service, marketing, e-commerce and IT; in practice the room also holds a large practitioner population of admins, developers and consultants.
Not publicly disclosed as a process. Neither the official page nor the FAQ mentions press registration, and Salesforce France's newsroom (salesforce.com/fr/news) has no accreditation page. Salesforce's media contact is pr@salesforce.com, listed in the footer of the French newsroom and on the global newsroom. Since general registration is free and open, a journalist can attend as a delegate; a press seat at the keynote or an executive interview goes through the Salesforce France press office by email. The press office does brief journalists around the event: Le Monde Informatique and the Journal du Net both published on the May 2025 edition the day after, with quotes from Bruno-Benjamin Katz and Phil Mui of Salesforce AI Research.
Coverage is dominated by Salesforce itself and by its partners. Salesforce France's newsroom published a release on 21 May 2026 ("Plus de 8 000 professionnels réunis à l'Agentforce World Tour Paris") and the May 2026 keynote and ten sessions on Salesforce+ ("Best of Agentforce World Tour Paris 2026"). Independent trade press covered the May 2025 edition: Le Monde Informatique (23 May 2025, on Agentforce adoption by Adecco, Bouygues Telecom, Engie and Fermob, and the 10,000 attendance figure) and the Journal du Net (22 May 2025, Antoine Crochet-Damais, on the launch of Agentforce for Financial Services and the new per-action and per-user pricing); Decideo reproduced Salesforce's 2025 press release. The November 2024 edition was covered by Relation Client Mag, Digital CMO and L'Informaticien, all on the French launch of Agentforce. For the 21 May 2026 edition, no journalist-written account was found: the accounts available are from integrators (Siway's summary of the plenary, Guimini's pre-event guide), a sponsor (Comforth Easyfront), an attendee blog (Comptoir IA by Nicolas Guyon) and Salesforce itself. No advance coverage of the 5 November 2026 edition was found beyond calendar listings (Salesforce Ben, sfapps.info, EventBrowse).
Read it in four tiers. Organiser coverage (Salesforce France's newsroom, Salesforce+): first-hand and complete on what was said, but it is the vendor reporting its own event, and every figure in it (attendance, sessions, adoption claims, hours saved) is Salesforce's own count or a Salesforce customer's claim relayed by Salesforce. Sponsor and partner blogs (Comforth Easyfront, Guimini, Siway, 4CAD, Uprizon, CGI): promotional by design, but they are the only sources for stand numbers, session slots and format details, and their attendance figures are the organiser's. Attendee and community accounts (Comptoir IA, Salesforce Ben): independent of Salesforce, but the 10,000 figure the Comptoir IA blog gives for May 2026 conflicts with the organiser's own 8,000 and is unsupported. Independent trade press (Le Monde Informatique, Journal du Net, Relation Client Mag, L'Informaticien): journalist-written, but built on the keynote, the press release and executive interviews, and dating from 2024 and 2025; the 10,000 figure for 2025 that Le Monde Informatique prints is the press release's number. No attendance figure for any edition has been independently counted.
Anyone who is not on Salesforce and is not evaluating it: the programme assumes the platform, and the exhibition floor is a Salesforce partner hall, not a neutral sales-technology market. A head of sales or CRO on HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics or Pipedrive will get more from a vendor-neutral event (see the calendar entry below). Anyone who does not work in French: the sessions are in French with, at most, a few English-language slots for visiting US executives. Anyone expecting the keynote to be new: the November edition exists to relay Dreamforce (15 to 17 September 2026), and Salesforce publishes the keynote and a selection of sessions free on Salesforce+ within days, so the stage content alone does not justify the trip. Vendors seeking to sell into the audience without a Salesforce partnership: there is no open exhibition and no published speaker route. Anyone who came for the scale of the May show: the Palais des Congrès edition is the smaller format (2,000-plus customers in November 2024 against 10,000 in May 2025 and 8,000-plus in May 2026, all organiser figures).
Agentforce World Tour Paris on 5 November 2026 is the CRM-vendor anchor of the French autumn for sales-technology buyers, and it is free, which changes the arithmetic. It falls seven weeks after Dreamforce (15 to 17 September 2026, San Francisco) and three weeks after the London stop (Agentforce World Tour London, ExCeL, 15 October 2026), at the tail of the analyst and go-to-market season: Forrester's B2B Forum EMEA in London (28 to 29 September 2026), Canalys Forums EMEA in Barcelona (6 to 8 October 2026), TechSolutions in Paris (14 to 15 October 2026) and the Sales Enablement Summit in Berlin (21 October 2026) all precede it. It coincides with Sales Summit in Dusseldorf (4 to 5 November 2026) and precedes Web Summit in Lisbon (9 to 12 November 2026). For a Paris-based revenue team the closest vendor-neutral comparisons are in London later in the quarter: HubSpot GROW Europe (17 November 2026), the CRM rival's own showcase; SaaSiest London Executive Edition (19 November 2026); the Chief Revenue Officer Summit London (1 December 2026); SaaStr AI London, formerly SaaStr Europa (1 to 2 December 2026, dates indexed and not yet confirmed by the organiser); and the Revenue Operations Summit London (2 to 3 December 2026). The spring side of the circuit, All4Customer Paris (23 to 25 March 2027), SaaSiest in Malmo (11 to 12 May 2027), AI Growth Summit Europe in London (24 to 26 May 2027, the relaunch of SaaStock by Founderpath) and GTM Festival London (16 June 2027), sits closer to the next Paris spring edition, which by the 2025 and 2026 pattern would fall in May 2027 at Porte de Versailles, not yet announced.
Yes, Paris is one stop on a global tour with two European legs in 2026. Spring 2026 (compiled from Salesforce's pages, sponsor Reply and the Salesforce partner Aprika's calendar): Amsterdam (8 April), Madrid (16 April), Frankfurt (20 May), Paris (21 May, Paris Expo Porte de Versailles), Stockholm (26 May), Warsaw (27 May), Milan (11 June) and London (18 June). Autumn 2026, after Dreamforce: Dubai (14 October), London (15 October, ExCeL), Lausanne (20 October, SwissTech Convention Center), Paris (5 November, Palais des Congrès) and Amsterdam (25 November, Circa Amsterdam). US autumn stops listed by Salesforce: Philadelphia (27 October), Seattle (3 November), Los Angeles (1 December), New York City (3 December), Atlanta (9 December) and Chicago (10 December 2026). Paris and London are the two European cities found with two editions in the same year in 2026 (Paris 21 May and 5 November; London 18 June and 15 October); Paris already had two in 2024 (a spring World Tour and the 7 November Agentforce edition) but only one in 2025 (22 May). The tour's parent event is Dreamforce, 15 to 17 September 2026 in San Francisco, which is paid where the World Tour stops are free.
French, with occasional English: the official FAQ says the great majority of sessions are held in French, with some sessions possibly in English when US executives present, and no interpretation is mentioned; the November 2026 page, the keynote title and the eleven May 2026 sessions on Salesforce+ are all in French. Parker Harris's part of the May 2026 keynote is the kind of English-language slot the FAQ describes. The London stop runs in English.
Afterward, yes; live, not stated. Salesforce publishes the keynote and a selection of sessions free on Salesforce+, its streaming site: the 21 May 2026 edition is available as "Best of Agentforce World Tour Paris 2026", eleven on-demand sessions in French including the main keynote, and the May 2025 edition has its own collection ("Best of Agentforce World Tour Paris 2025"); Salesforce France also keeps a YouTube playlist per edition. The official page for 5 November 2026 says nothing about a livestream, and no virtual registration option appears on the registration site; treat the event as in person, with the stage content arriving on Salesforce+ within days. Salesforce+ requires a free Salesforce account to watch.
There is nothing to refund because attendance is free; the French FAQ publishes no cancellation or transfer rule (checked 6 September 2026), so a registrant who can no longer attend should email WorldTourSupport@salesforce.com to release the place, which is what Salesforce's UK FAQ asks for the London stop. The support address for registration problems is WorldTourSupport@salesforce.com. Entry requires the confirmation email and an identity document, so a badge cannot be handed to a colleague. No policy on Salesforce cancelling or moving the event is published; the agenda is marked as subject to change.
Partly documented, and for the wrong venue. The official FAQ states that the venue is accessible to people with reduced mobility, but as of 6 September 2026 that answer still refers to Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, the May venue. For the Palais des Congrès de Paris, Viparis's access page gives lifts from the metro and RER levels into the building but no detail on step-free routes, hearing loops, quiet rooms or captioning, and its own footer declares the website "not compliant" with accessibility rules. Salesforce publishes no accommodation request procedure for Paris; the London FAQ routes such requests to the World Tour support mailbox, and the same address (WorldTourSupport@salesforce.com) is the only channel published for Paris.
The Palais des Congrès de Paris is at 2 place de la Porte Maillot, 75017 Paris, on the western edge of the city between the 16th and 17th arrondissements and the Bois de Boulogne. Per Viparis's access page: metro line 1, Porte Maillot station, exit 3, with the station opening onto the lower levels of the building; RER C and RER E, Neuilly–Porte Maillot station; tram T3b, Porte Maillot stop; buses 43, 73, 82, 244 and PC. RER E connects Porte Maillot to Gare du Nord (Magenta) and, via line 1, La Défense is two stops away. Charles de Gaulle airport is reachable by RER B then RER E via Magenta, or by taxi via the A1 and the périphérique. Do not follow the transport directions in the official FAQ, which as of 6 September 2026 still describe metro line 12 and tram T3a to Porte de Versailles, the May venue. Badge pickup opens at 7:30 and the keynote at 10:00.
Salesforce is the CRM of record for most of the companies a French head of sales, CRO or RevOps lead will benchmark against, and this is the one day in the autumn when the vendor, its French implementation partners and the customers running its agents are in one building, in French, for free. The stage will not tell you anything Dreamforce did not say seven weeks earlier, and it is on Salesforce+ within days. What is not on Salesforce+ is the floor: the demo stations where Agentforce Sales and Revenue Cloud are shown by the people who build them, the customer sessions where a Michelin or a Pierre Fabre explains what an agent actually did to its sales cycle or its field visits, and the stands where the consultancies that will quote your implementation (Capgemini, CGI, Inetum, Comforth Easyfront, Reply and the rest) are within a hundred metres of each other. For a buyer already on Salesforce, that is a day of due diligence on the vendor's roadmap for the price of a metro ticket to Porte Maillot. For a CTO, Headless 360 is the reason to go: since May 2026 the platform is being opened to agents built outside it, with Claude Code and Codex named on the keynote stage, and the November edition is where the French teams will show it working after Dreamforce.
Because it is a relay, not the flagship. The May edition at Porte de Versailles is Salesforce France's annual customer show, with 10,000 participants in 2025 and 8,000-plus in 2026 by the organiser's count, more than 100 sessions and the full partner floor. The November edition at the Palais des Congrès exists to carry the Dreamforce announcements to a French audience within weeks, and the only precedent, 7 November 2024, drew 2,000-plus customers, five plenaries and 30 workshops by Salesforce's own figures: a fifth of the spring crowd in a conference centre rather than an exhibition hall. That is not a reason to skip it. A smaller room at Porte Maillot means shorter queues for the demo stations and more time with the Salesforce France account teams and the partners who are there, which is the part of the day that has value for a buyer. It is a reason to read the November attendance and session counts, when Salesforce publishes them, against the November 2024 baseline and not against May.
Every number attached to this event comes from Salesforce or from a company that paid Salesforce to be there. The 8,000-plus attendance for May 2026 and the 10,000 for May 2025 are Salesforce France press-release figures, relayed unchanged by Le Monde Informatique, Decideo, sponsors and integrators, not turnstile counts, and free registration widens the gap between registered and present: no source reports a no-show rate. The one independent figure, 10,000 for May 2026 on the Comptoir IA blog, contradicts the organiser and is unsupported. The 2,000-plus figure for November 2024 is Salesforce's own. The keynote statistics (89 percent of Canada Goose's customer interactions handled by agents, 85 percent of Dell's supplier onboarding managed by AI) are Salesforce customer claims presented on Salesforce's stage and repeated by Salesforce's partners; no third party has audited them. The only journalist-written accounts found date from 2024 and 2025; the May 2026 edition has been reported by the organiser, its partners and one attendee blog, all of whom have something to sell, and the November 2026 edition has so far been reported by nobody.
