The Budapest BI & Analytics Forum is an annual conference on business intelligence, data analytics and data visualization held in Budapest. The organiser calls it the leading vendor-independent conference of its kind in Hungary, running for more than 10 years, and the 2026 edition is the 14th. The programme combines full-day workshops, technical talks, case studies and roundtables, and is organised in five tracks: AI and analytics, applied analytics, data-driven business, data visualization, and Power BI and Fabric. Sessions are in English and Hungarian, with the English-language material carrying the international speakers.

Generative BI and agentic BI are named topics (for example agent skills for Power BI, data agents in Fabric and an AI data analyst case study), and an accessibility session for Power BI is on the list. The Call for Speakers is closed for 2026, according to the organiser's call page. The call accepted full-day workshops, standard talks and quick talks. In-person speakers receive a 2-day hybrid ticket and online speakers a 2-day online ticket, with accommodation support for international speakers and capped travel cost reimbursement for workshop speakers. An unguarded car park at the hotel is open first come, first served for 660 HUF per car per hour. The conference floor has 10 rooms with a combined capacity of up to 800 people. The earlier fiche gave a different street address and placed the hotel on the Buda side; the organiser's pages say otherwise.
Because the week is split into formats a practitioner can buy separately: six full-day workshops, a conference day in person, and an online-only day that costs the same ticket but needs no travel. With English and Hungarian workshops and Power BI and Fabric as a dedicated track, it serves Hungarian analysts and international speakers in the same programme. That is why it fits a BI team wanting depth in one stack, more than a visitor wanting a broad vendor show.
Because the attendance figure is the organiser's own and refers to the previous edition, and the home page and sponsorship page give different company counts (100+ and 120). The two language versions of the registration page also disagree on the cancellation date, and list prices in different currencies.
