The sponsor prospectus says sessions range from introductory 100-level to expert 300-level and quotes 45 minutes per session; the published agenda shows 50-minute slots, so the agenda is the figure to rely on. From São Bento railway station it is about 6 km and about 10 minutes. The older site suggests Metro do Porto to Casa da Música and then a bus toward Foz do Douro (STCP), with historic tram lines nearby. Parking is in the surrounding streets and nearby car parks around Foz do Douro, and arriving early is advised.
