Equipbaie-Metalexpo by Batimat is the windows, doors, shutters, solar protection and metal-construction sector of the BATIMAT cluster at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles; since 2024 it is no longer a standalone trade show, running instead as an integrated sector of Mondial du Batiment from 28 September to 1 October 2026.
Equip'Baie and Metal Expo were historically two distinct trade fairs, Equip'Baie for windows, doors, shutters and solar protection, and Metal Expo for metal construction, both held in Paris. Since 2024, neither runs as an autonomous show: both have been integrated into BATIMAT's Mondial du Batiment programme as one combined sector, "Equipbaie-Metalexpo by Batimat" (per neventum.com and cci-paris-idf.fr, checked 21 September 2026). The EventsIndex database still carries them as two separate records, EI-01761 (Equip'Baie) and EI-03891 (Metal Expo); this fiche covers the merged sector under EI-01761, and EI-03891 is flagged as a duplicate pending a database merge.
As part of BATIMAT, the 2026 edition runs 28 September to 1 October 2026. The venue is Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, the same site as BATIMAT, Interclima and Ideobain.
RX France, the same organiser as BATIMAT, per cci-paris-idf.fr and neventum.com, checked 21 September 2026.
The most recent figure found is 388 confirmed exhibitors for the Equipbaie-Metalexpo sector in 2024 (per neventum.com; unverifiable information, no 2026-specific figure found and not independently audited). The audience is building professionals sourcing windows, doors, shutters, solar protection and metal-construction products, within the wider BATIMAT construction trade floor.
The defining change against earlier editions is structural, not a 2026-specific update: since 2024, this sector is no longer a standalone trade show but an integrated part of Mondial du Batiment. No further 2026-specific change was found in this research pass.
Not fully documented in this research pass; the sector runs as part of BATIMAT's exhibition floor, covering windows, doors, shutters, solar protection and metal-construction products and innovation.
Documented format: exhibitor stands within the BATIMAT show floor. No dedicated conference track distinct from BATIMAT's own programme was found in this research pass.
The defining co-location is structural: this sector runs inside BATIMAT, alongside Interclima and Ideobain, at the same venue and dates, all organised by RX France.
Not publicly disclosed in the sources checked this session; visitors register through BATIMAT's own registration process.
Not publicly disclosed. No call-for-speakers route distinct from BATIMAT's own was found in this research pass.
Not publicly disclosed with a sector-specific contact; exhibitors register through BATIMAT's own exhibitor process (batimat.com).
Not publicly disclosed. No named sponsor list specific to this sector was found in the sources checked.
No independently audited breakdown was found. The organiser's own framing points to manufacturers and suppliers of windows, doors, shutters, solar protection and metal-construction products.
Not publicly disclosed; press accreditation runs through BATIMAT's own process where documented.
Coverage found is trade-listing content describing the 2024 integration into Mondial du Batiment (neventum.com, cci-paris-idf.fr, eventseye.com, agoris.io), without independent 2026-specific figures.
Weak as independent verification. No media partner is recorded against this event in the database. The trade-listing outlets found restate the 2024 exhibitor figure without a 2026 update or independent audit.
Buyers outside windows, doors, shutters, solar protection or metal construction: the sector is scoped specifically to those categories within the wider BATIMAT floor.
This sector runs inside BATIMAT, 28 September to 1 October 2026 at Porte de Versailles, alongside Interclima and Ideobain, all tracked elsewhere on EventsIndex.
Not documented in the sources checked this session; the sector runs only as part of the Paris edition of BATIMAT.
Not explicitly documented; follows BATIMAT's own working languages, likely French and English, though no organiser statement confirming this was found.
Not publicly disclosed. No livestream or on-demand offer was found in this research pass.
Not publicly disclosed. No refund or cancellation clause specific to this sector was found; registration runs through BATIMAT's own process.
No sector-specific accessibility statement was found. As part of BATIMAT, general Paris Expo Porte de Versailles accessibility provisions apply; see the BATIMAT fiche.
Paris Expo Porte de Versailles is at 1 Place de la Porte de Versailles, Paris, served by Metro Line 12 (Porte de Versailles station), the same access as BATIMAT.
Because it puts windows, doors, shutters, solar protection and metal-construction suppliers on the same floor as the wider BATIMAT show, rather than requiring a separate standalone visit, a structural change from its pre-2024 status as two independent trade fairs.
Because the only exhibitor figure found in this research, 388 exhibitors, dates to 2024, the year of the merger, and no 2026-specific figure was found in the sources checked; the figure should be read as the most recent available, not a current count.
Official sites: equipbaie.com and metal-pro.org/metal-expo (legacy standalone sites, both now folding into BATIMAT's own site, batimat.com). This research could not fetch these sites directly (see Notes); readers should treat batimat.com as the primary source ahead of anything summarised here.
