European Humanoid Robots Summit 2026

The European Humanoid Robots Summit 2026, also billed as Humanoid Robots Summit Europe, is a three-day industry conference and exhibition on humanoid robotics held from 9 to 11 September 2026 at the Kultur- und Kongresszentrum Liederhalle in Stuttgart. The organiser is ACG Events Global, which also trades as ACG Robot. The programme is commercialisation-first: EU policy and compliance, mass production, embodied intelligence, actuation hardware, and deployment in industry, medicine and the home. It follows a 2025 edition in Berlin on 17-18 November, which the organiser describes as sold out with more than 500 attendees, never independently audited.

Kultur- und Kongresszentrum Liederhalle, Berliner Platz 1-3, 70174 Stuttgart, in Baden-Württemberg. From Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof the venue is about ten minutes on foot, or two U-Bahn stops to Feuersee. From Stuttgart Airport, S-Bahn S2 or S3 runs to the Hauptbahnhof, roughly 30 minutes door to door. Daily hours are 08:30 to 20:00 per the Eventbrite listing.

Four populations. Robotics and automation engineers from manufacturers and their suppliers. Production and innovation leads from industrial and automotive groups: BMW Group, Siemens, Renault Group, Porsche Engineering and Arçelik-LG all field speakers. Component vendors in motors, actuators, force sensing, haptics and engineering plastics. Investors, policy specialists and standards bodies, including VDMA and euRobotics. The organiser projects 1,000+ decision-makers from 500+ companies for 2026, a declared projection rather than an audited count.

A single stream across the two conference days, with no parallel tracks, named stages or startup competition advertised. Day one, 9 September: ten sessions covering market-access standards and compliance, the mass-production era, embodied intelligence and large models, motor technology, joint and movement control, collaborative robots, venture capital in European humanoid robotics, and the automotive shift from electric vehicles to humanoids, closing with a VIP dinner for VIP pass holders only. Day two, 10 September: thirteen sessions on medical and home applications, force sensors, haptic dexterous hands, lightweight engineering plastics, GDPR-compliant edge-cloud architecture, low-power motion control under EU carbon targets, ethical governance and cross-border data flows, and industrial deployment pathways.

11 September is given over to guided visits to humanoid robotics companies in and around Stuttgart. The host companies were still unannounced on 1 September 2026, eight days before the event, and the agenda page states only that the list will follow. The day is included in the All Access and VIP passes; no separate registration and no capacity cap are published.

The organiser's registration site states 37 speakers. The same page also renders five automotive powertrain speakers who belong to a separate ACG event sharing the site; they are not listed here.

The in-person tiers are sold out. The European Humanoid Robots Summit marks both the All Access Pass at EUR 1,499 and the VIP Pass at EUR 1,799 as sold out on its registration site, and the Eventbrite listing shows the whole event sold out. What remains is the Virtual Pass at EUR 699, with group rates of EUR 1,099 for two people and EUR 1,399 for three, plus a free exhibition-only Visitor Pass. No early-bird tier is published. One caveat: the organiser's own contact page still lists every tier without any sold-out marking, contradicting its two other surfaces.

All Access covered all three days, approved speaker slides and recordings, networking coffee and lunch in the delegate lounge, and full exhibition access. The VIP Pass added the VIP dinner on 9 September. The free Visitor Pass gives exhibition-floor access only, with no conference sessions.

The European Humanoid Robots Summit Virtual Pass costs EUR 699 and covers the two conference days over Zoom, plus approved slides and recordings. Whether remote networking or matchmaking is included is not stated on either official page.

Two official surfaces sell the same event: acgrobot.com/contact/ and humanoidrobotssummit.com, the second carrying the full agenda, the rate card and a German-language version. The Eventbrite listing mirrors both. Note that acgrobot.com/agenda/ and humanoidrobotssummit.com/tickets/ both return 404: the agenda and pass tiers are anchors on the single-page site.

First Stuttgart edition, after Berlin in 2025. The date moved from November to September. Public pricing replaced the inquiry-only registration in place earlier in 2026, and two tiers appeared that did not exist before: the EUR 699 Virtual Pass and the free exhibition-only Visitor Pass.

Unitree Robotics is lead sponsor. Gold: MANUS, ROKAE, Encord. Silver: Xsens, Novanta, DM Robot, VicOne, FMC3 Robotics, ETHEA, Johnson Electric, HARTING. Bronze: Allegro MicroSystems, P3 Group, Exxeta, UltraSense Systems. Envalior, carried at Gold earlier in 2026, no longer appears, and no Diamond tier is visible on the current sponsor wall. The two official surfaces disagree on Silver membership, so read that tier as approximate. The organiser projects 40+ exhibitors and shows 36+ names on a combined sponsor and partner wall; no standalone exhibitor list and no media partners are published.

Broader fixtures such as RoboBusiness or ICRA cover robotics and automation across the board. The European Humanoid Robots Summit narrows to humanoid systems, their route to volume production and the European regulatory frame around them. On the developer and applied AI circuit it sits closer to Embedded World and the Industrial AI Summit Munich 2026 than to generalist AI conferences.

Software teams building general-purpose AI with no hardware interest. Academics looking for a peer-reviewed paper track: this is an industry programme and its researchers come from applied institutes. Anyone wanting a generalist AI or machine learning conference. Buyers hoping for a low-cost pass beyond the free Visitor Pass. And, as of 1 September 2026, anyone who has not already secured an in-person ticket.
