A two-day digital health innovation conference in Berlin, now in its eleventh edition, connecting digital health founders, pharmaceutical and medtech executives, investors and clinicians around AI, digital therapeutics and the commercialisation of health technology.
Frontiers Health is an annual digital health conference held at the bcc Berlin Congress Center. Founded in 2016 within the Healthware Group and now owned and operated by EVERSANA, it positions itself as the original and most recognised European digital health conference. The 2026 edition is its eleventh, drawing around 800 delegates from more than 45 countries. The programme connects digital health founders and scale-ups, pharmaceutical and medtech executives, investors and clinicians, and runs a curated investor track through a partnership with Tech Tour.
Frontiers Health exists to move digital health from idea to adoption and investment. It is built for the founder-and-investor layer and the corporate digital health teams inside pharma and medtech, and its programme is organised around value creation: which technologies work clinically, which can be commercialised, and who funds them. Unlike a trade fair, the value is in curated content and connections rather than an exhibition floor, which makes it a destination for strategy and dealflow rather than procurement.
The programme is organised around recurring themes:
Alongside the main stage, Frontiers Health runs curated networking, startup pitch formats and a dedicated investor and entrepreneur session delivered with Tech Tour. The ticket is all-inclusive, covering lunches, networking events and the conference app.
The stage mixes founders, pharma digital leaders and sector commentators. Recent and recurring participants include:
Both. It is structured to put digital health founders and investors in the same room as the corporate digital health teams of pharmaceutical and medtech companies. The startup pitch formats and the pharma executive presence are deliberately combined.
Frontiers Health is smaller and more curated, with a strong European and pharma-digital identity and a partnership with Tech Tour on the investor side. HLTH Europe is larger and broader across the business of health. Frontiers Health reads as the focused digital health innovation conference; HLTH as the wide industry gathering.
Frontiers Health is held at the bcc Berlin Congress Center in central Berlin, a conference venue on Alexanderplatz used for the main-stage and networking programme.
Frontiers Health was created in 2016 within Healthware Group, a healthcare innovation consultancy, and is now owned and operated by EVERSANA, a global life-sciences commercialisation company. Roberto Ascione, who founded the conference, remains its chairman. The EVERSANA backing connects the event to a wider life-sciences commercialisation network.
Frontiers Health is the original European digital health innovation conference, now in its eleventh edition; its Berlin programme pulls founders, pharma digital leaders and investors into the same room, with a Tech Tour partnership giving the investor track real depth.
