The InCyber Forum Europe, founded in 2007 as the Forum International de la Cybersecurite and still widely called the FIC, is the largest European gathering devoted to cybersecurity and digital trust. It is organised by Forward Global, a risk management company, and held at Lille Grand Palais under the high patronage of the President of the French Republic. The 2026 edition, from 31 March to 2 April, registered 24,558 attendees and companies. The 2027 edition moves earlier in the calendar, to 9 to 11 March, under the theme "Agentic vertigo", framed around securing autonomous systems and the prospect of autonomous cybersecurity.
The forum's distinguishing feature is who is in the building. European Commission and agency staff, national cyber authorities, gendarmerie and police cybercrime units, defence, large industrial buyers, integrators and vendors attend the same three days. That mix makes it the natural venue for European regulatory questions, NIS2 implementation, the Cyber Resilience Act, digital identity, and cross-border law enforcement cooperation. Commercial exhibition happens, but the policy and institutional conversation is what the event sells.

France has three security gatherings that do different jobs. Les Assises in Monaco is closed and built on booked one-to-one meetings. Cloud & Cyber Security Expo in Paris is a free commercial floor. The InCyber Forum is the institutional one, and the only one of the three that consistently pulls a European rather than a French audience.
