The NAB Show is the world's leading broadcast, media and entertainment event. The 2026 edition ran from 18 to 22 April at the Las Vegas Convention Center and drew more than 58,000 registered attendees. The programme highlighted AI, content protection, streaming, sports innovation, the creator economy and cloud-based workflows.

What it covers

The American counterpart of IBC, NAB is the largest broadcast show worldwide, with a well-developed sport and live strand. It brings together broadcast technical directors, engineers, manufacturers and service providers around production, distribution and monetisation.

Where it sits

For the vertical it is mainly a technology watch and vendor mapping target, the transatlantic complement to IBC on the calendar, in April rather than September.
