An annual two-day B2B SaaS conference in Malmo, Sweden, run since 2022 by the two founders of the SaaSiest community, built around operator-to-operator sessions on go-to-market, revenue, product and customer success; the sixth Malmo edition is set for 11 to 12 May 2027 at Slagthuset, with tickets, speakers and programme not yet published.
SaaSiest is a B2B software-as-a-service conference held every spring in Malmo, in the south of Sweden, and the flagship event of the SaaSiest community, which grew out of a podcast started in late 2020 by Thomas Sjoberg and Daniel Nackovski. The first Malmo edition ran on 20 to 21 April 2022 under the community's earlier brand, SaaS Nordic; the 2026 edition was billed by the organiser as the fifth-anniversary edition. The conference is aimed at founders, executives and functional leaders of B2B SaaS companies, with the organiser describing its purpose as "a forum for all European SaaS professionals to share and learn from peers, across all operational disciplines". The format is two full days of keynotes, parallel stage tracks, roundtables and one-to-one meetings, with food, drinks and the evening party included in the ticket, and a pre-event day of social activities and closed workshops for members of the organiser's CEO and Executive networks. It is listed on this index under the sales stack vertical because its programme is dominated by go-to-market, revenue and customer success content and its partner wall is largely sales and marketing tooling vendors.
SaaSiest 2027 takes place on 11 to 12 May 2027, per the official edition site saasiest2027.com (checked 5 September 2026), which for now only offers a waitlist. The venue is Slagthuset, Carlsgatan 12e, 211 20 Malmo, Sweden, the same converted slaughterhouse complex next to Malmo Central station that has hosted every Malmo edition since 2022. The organiser's own retrospective of 13 May 2026 states that a pre-event day was run on 4 May 2026 ahead of the 5 to 6 May main days; no pre-event day has yet been announced for 2027, so plan on 10 May 2027 only as a possibility, not a fact. The edition dates have drifted later each year: 20 to 21 April 2022, 18 to 19 April 2023, 16 to 17 April 2024, 6 to 7 May 2025, 5 to 6 May 2026, then 11 to 12 May 2027.
SaaSiest is organised by The SaaSiest Company AB, a Swedish limited company registered in 2018 under organisation number 559166-3215 with its registered address at Persikogatan 2, 241 36 Eslov, in Skane county, about 30 km from Malmo; the company reported three employees and a turnover of SEK 17.4 million for the 2025 financial year, per the Swedish business directory hitta.se (checked 5 September 2026). The event sites simply say "Arranged by: SaaSiest" and no legal entity appears on saasiest.com itself. The two co-founders and public faces are Thomas Sjoberg and Daniel Nackovski, who started SaaSiest as a podcast in late 2020, then ran Clubhouse panels and a Slack community before the first physical event, and who both left their jobs to run it full time, per their own account. The 2022 launch press release was issued under the name SaaS Nordic, and the community's Instagram, X and Facebook handles are still @saasnordic. Named team members in the organiser's 2026 retrospective: Jessica Winberg, event producer; Filip Tallner, partner manager; Trine Gronlund, on-stage moderator; production by Tune AB. General contact: contact@saasiest.com .
Around 900 people attended the 2026 edition, per the organiser's own post-event retrospective published on 13 May 2026, against the "1,000+ founders, executives and VCs" line used in the marketing copy for 2026 and reused for 2027. Earlier organiser figures: "900+ attendees from 10+ countries" for the inaugural 2022 edition (launch press release), "1,200" expected for 2024 (organiser announcement) and "over 1,000" for 2025 (organiser recap). The organiser's survey of 2026 attendees reported that around half were first-timers, and that 874 one-to-one meetings were booked through the Brella networking app. The room is B2B SaaS operators first: CEOs and founders, chief revenue, marketing, product, customer success and people officers, plus a minority of investors and service providers. No breakdown by role, seniority or country is published for 2026 or 2027.
No 2027 speaker has been announced as of 5 September 2026. The 2027 site republishes the 2026 roster under the heading "Speakers in the previous 2026 edition", which is the published list below (41 names, including the two co-founders and the moderator); the organiser's retrospective counts 39 speakers across 38 sessions, so the on-site count was slightly lower than the published roster.
Roundtable hosts named in the organiser's retrospective but absent from the roster: Johanna Fagerstedt (Mentimeter), Krzysztof Szyszkiewicz (Valueships), Charlotte Altmann, Dorothea Gam (Mouseflow).
Nothing edition-specific has been published for 2027 as of 5 September 2026: the 2027 site carries the 2026 copy verbatim, including the "Functional How-To AI" positioning, and offers only a waitlist. What is known to have changed around the event: the Malmo dates move to 11 to 12 May 2027, a week later than in 2026; the organiser has added one-day "Executive Edition" events in Amsterdam (7 October 2026) and London (19 November 2026) priced with a separate, much higher tier for investors and service providers, a pricing structure that may or may not carry over to Malmo; and the organiser's CEO and Executive networks, which get a closed workshop afternoon on the pre-event day, are now presented as 13 standing peer networks with 700-plus members (organiser figure on the London edition site). The 2026 edition itself introduced the pre-event CFO hackathon and a speakers-and-members dinner hosted at Malmo City Hall, per the organiser's retrospective.
No 2027 programme has been published. The 2026 structure, which the organiser says is "the way they've always been" structured, is the best available guide: keynotes in the Theater room, parallel breakouts on three stages labelled CEO, Revenue, and Product and CS, roundtables for smaller groups, and unscheduled hallway time. In 2026 the stated theme was "Functional How-To AI", meaning sessions built around how people in a given role actually use AI, with roundtables and guided workshops led by functional practitioners rather than vendors. Day one in 2026 opened with Dave Killeen (Pendo) on what makes a great product when anyone can build software and closed with the SaaSiest Awards followed by the party; day two opened with Sammeli Sammalkorpi (Sievo) on scaling enterprise sales past EUR 100k annual contract value, and closed at 15:10 with the organisers' thank-you, followed by the post-event poker tournament at 17:00. Other 2026 sessions cited by the organiser: Fabian Veit (Make.com) on what survives when scale breaks everything, Ines Lourenco (Leadfeeder) on running an executive function on AI, Johanna Ydergard (Lovable) on AI-native marketing, and Ulrik Lehrskov-Schmidt's pricing session. Roundtable topics in 2026 included AI in marketing, pricing in the AI age, entering the German market, and GEO and SEO for LLM search.
Seven formats, all inside the same venue: single-track keynotes in the Theater; parallel breakout talks on three role-based stages (CEO, Revenue, Product and CS); roundtables limited to small groups, which the organiser reports "filled up fast" in 2026; AMA sessions with speakers; guided workshops; a "VC and Capital Matchmaking" strand for founders raising money; and pre-booked one-to-one meetings arranged through the Brella app, to which every ticket holder gets an invitation two weeks before the event, with 874 meetings booked in 2026 (organiser figure). Speakers are asked to share templates and "artifacts" from their sessions with attendees. A separate members-only format, the CEO and Executive network workshops, runs on the pre-event afternoon and is not open to general ticket holders: seven parallel workshops in 2026, including a CFO hackathon. There is no exhibition hall in the trade-show sense; partners have stands and use a badge-scanning app, see the sponsor entry.
The organiser runs an unusually dense social programme, all of it free to ticket holders unless stated, and all requiring sign-up in advance because places are limited. On the pre-event day in 2026: the SaaSiest Padel Open at 11:00 at PDL Center, Skeppsbyggaregatan 7, open to all ticket holders with a light lunch; a canal boat tour of Malmo at 13:00 departing from Norra Vallgatan 66 near Malmo Central; the members-only CEO and Executive workshops from 15:00; and an evening dinner for speakers and network members at Malmo City Hall. On the main days: the SaaSiest Awards show and party at the end of day one (the party was sponsored by Leadfeeder in 2026); morning yoga, a guided run and a cold plunge before day two; and the SaaSiest Poker Open after the closing session on day two, exclusive to ticket holders, with dinner served first and a buy-in of 20 EUR or 200 SEK and one re-entry in the first hour. The awards categories seen in recent editions are SaaSiest Company, CEO, Woman and Man of the year. Which of these return in 2027 has not been published.
Not yet published for 2027: as of 5 September 2026 the edition site offers only a waitlist, and no price list is on it. The 2026 ticket widget was served by the Confetti ticketing platform and its prices are no longer retrievable from the site, so the following are third-party listings, not organiser prices: the SyncGTM events guide gave a 2026 range of EUR 449 to EUR 799 (unverifiable information), the saas.group events page gave EUR 449 to EUR 1,199 for an unspecified edition (unverifiable information), and Founderpath's listing gave "from USD 549" for 2026 (unverifiable information). This index's own database carries a standard ticket of EUR 999 with no recorded source. What the ticket includes is documented by the organiser: two days of sessions, food, drinks and the parties, access to the Brella meeting app and to the pre-event social activities. For the organiser's one-day Executive Editions in autumn 2026 the published prices are EUR 349 for B2B SaaS executives and EUR 1,299 for investors and service providers in Amsterdam , both excluding VAT, and GBP 349 and GBP 899 respectively in London , excluding VAT; whether Malmo 2027 adopts the same operator-versus-vendor split is not stated.
There is no open call for papers. The organiser curates the roster and invites what it calls "co-creation": the edition site links a speaker suggestion form where anyone can propose "strong speakers and interesting topics", and states that the programme is built continuously, so early suggestions are encouraged. The 2026 roster shows what gets selected: sitting C-level and VP operators at B2B SaaS companies, mostly Nordic scale-ups plus a handful of global platform executives, speaking on something they did rather than on a product. Roundtable hosting is a second route, used in 2026 by consultants and vendors with a specific topic (pricing, the German market, LLM search). Vendor speaking slots tied to partner packages are not described anywhere public. Contact for proposals: contact@saasiest.com .
The organiser calls sponsors "event partners" and sells partnerships by direct enquiry to contact@saasiest.com ; no rate card, package list or deadline is published. The pitch on the edition site is exposure "to the largest Nordic gathering of B2B SaaS companies and professionals", brand awareness, association with the speakers, employer branding and support for the community. Partners get a stand or "activation" and a lead-scanning app: every badge carries a QR code, and the organiser's terms state that attendee details (name, email, company and registration data) are shared with a partner only when the attendee lets that partner scan the badge. Partner tiers visible in organiser material are Community Partner (Verdane, "since the beginning", and Float), Growth Partner (Younium and Beefree, present "across all five 2026 events"), Event Partner (the logo wall), and single-item sponsorships such as the party (Leadfeeder in 2026). The organiser's partner manager is Filip Tallner.
No 2027 partner has been announced. The 2027 site republishes the 2026 partner wall as "SaaSiest 2026 Event Partners", a logo wall without tier labels, on which the following 23 companies appear (order as on the site): Younium, Dealfront, Beefree, Hg (listed as HG Capital), Salesforce, Storylane, Fibbler, Indpro, Stripe, Garba.ai, N.Rich (listed as Nrich), Guideflow, Goodsign, UpCloud, Arrow, GetAccept, Fooz Agency, Paligo, LinkedIn, Maventa, Ringover, Confetti Events, Globalization Partners. Above the wall, the Community Partners shown on saasiest.com are Verdane and Float. The organiser's retrospective adds Younium and Beefree as Growth Partners for 2026, Leadfeeder as party sponsor and Soti as the bar crew, and Mana as sponsor of the cold plunge. Confetti Events is the ticketing platform as well as a partner. About half of the wall is sales, marketing and revenue tooling (Dealfront, Storylane, GetAccept, Ringover, N.Rich, Fibbler, Guideflow, Goodsign, Younium, Maventa), which is the clearest public signal of who pays to reach this room.
No published breakdown; the following is read from the 2026 roster, the partner wall and the organiser's descriptions. On stage and in the room, the majority are Nordic B2B SaaS scale-ups and mid-market software companies headquartered in Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway: Voyado, Mentimeter, Lime Technologies, Sinch, Puzzel, Netigate, Funnel, Paligo, Position Green, Kognity, Sievo, Relex, Avinode, Digital Route, Factbird, Zensai, Kodiak Hub among the 2026 speakers' employers. A second group is global platforms sending an EMEA executive: Make.com, Pendo, Databricks, Miro, LinkedIn, Salesforce and Stripe in 2026. A third is growth and private equity investors active in Nordic software, Verdane and Hg most visibly, who also sponsor. The paying partners skew to sales and marketing tooling vendors and payment, billing and HR service providers. Founders raising capital are served by a dedicated matchmaking strand, and the organiser's 2022 press release put the audience at "10+ countries"; no later country figure has been published.
Not publicly disclosed. No press page, media accreditation form or press contact exists on saasiest.com or on the 2027 edition site (checked 5 September 2026); the only published route is the general address contact@saasiest.com . The organiser's 2022 launch release was distributed through Mynewsdesk under the SaaS Nordic name with the two founders' direct contacts, and the organiser publishes its own recaps, session videos and podcast episodes, which suggests media relations are handled by the founders directly rather than through an agency. A dedicated Executive Edition site for London says that "fewer than 1 in 10 seats" go to investors and service providers combined, which implies journalists would be counted in a capped non-operator quota there; no equivalent statement exists for Malmo.
Coverage is thin and largely trade or organiser-adjacent. Oresund Startups, the regional startup news site, published a preview on 23 April 2026 by Karsten Deppert repeating the organiser's expected attendance and named speakers. SyncGTM, a go-to-market events guide, included the 2026 edition in a Nordic events listicle by Kushal Magar dated 13 May 2026, with an attendance line and price range not attributed to the organiser. The two founders have given long-form interviews to the Tekpon podcast (published 4 November 2025) and the Future Fuzz podcast (episode 116). Review aggregators Founderpath and Eventible carry attendee ratings for past editions (Eventible: 4.33 out of 5 from a single 2024 review, and a 4.82 average cited for 2023). The most detailed public record of any edition remains the organiser's own retrospective of 13 May 2026, which is the source of the 900 attendance figure, the survey scores and the session summary. No coverage in a Swedish national business title or in a pan-European tech outlet was found; Dagens industri and Sydsvenskan could not be searched from here and remain unchecked.
Four levels. Organiser-published: the retrospective, recaps, session videos and podcast are the organiser's own account; they are the only source for the 900 attendees, the 874 meetings, the 8.8 out of 10 satisfaction and the NPS of 75, none of which is audited. Independent but promotional: the Oresund Startups preview and the SyncGTM listicle reproduce organiser claims ahead of the event without independent reporting. Conflicted: Founderpath is run by Nathan Latka, who spoke at SaaSiest in 2024 and 2026, so its listing and reviews should be read as a speaker's platform, not third-party coverage. Claimed without proof: the phrase "the largest community-driven B2B SaaS event in the region" and "the largest SaaS community in the Nordics" are organiser positioning repeated by the podcasts and listings; no source compares SaaSiest's attendance with other Nordic SaaS events. No official media partner is recorded for this event, so nothing here carries a "(media partner)" label.
Enterprise buyers looking for a vendor exhibition: there is no exhibition hall, partners are a logo wall with stands, and the room is software vendors talking to each other, so a procurement-minded visitor will find little to evaluate. Sales professionals below leadership level: the stages are labelled CEO, Revenue and Product and CS, the speakers are C-level and VP operators, and the sales content is about running a revenue function, not about closing technique. Anyone who needs the sales-technology market itself (sales engagement, conversation intelligence, revenue intelligence vendors on stage): SaaStock Dublin (13 to 14 October 2026) or SaaStr Europa in London (1 to 2 December 2026), both on this index, cover that more directly. Investors and service providers who want unlimited access: at the organiser's Executive Editions their tickets cost three to four times the operator price and are capped, and the Malmo pricing model for 2027 is unpublished. Anyone unable to travel in May: SaaSiest has no online ticket and no livestream.
SaaSiest is the spring anchor of the European B2B SaaS and go-to-market circuit: every other tracked sales stack event of comparable scope falls in the autumn. From the same index, the autumn 2026 sequence runs Forrester's B2B Forum EMEA in London (28 to 29 September 2026), Canalys Forums EMEA in Barcelona (6 to 8 October 2026), SaaStock Dublin at the RDS (13 to 14 October 2026), TechSolutions in Paris (14 to 15 October 2026), Agentforce World Tour London (15 October 2026), Sales Enablement Summit Berlin (21 October 2026), Sales Summit in Dusseldorf (4 to 5 November 2026), Agentforce World Tour Paris (5 November 2026), Web Summit in Lisbon (9 to 12 November 2026), HubSpot GROW Europe in London (17 November 2026), SaaSiest's own London Executive Edition (19 November 2026), the Chief Revenue Officer Summit London (1 December 2026), SaaStr Europa in London (1 to 2 December 2026) and the Revenue Operations Summit London (2 to 3 December 2026). After the winter break, All4Customer Paris (23 to 25 March 2027) comes first, then SaaSiest 2027 on 11 to 12 May 2027. GTM Festival London (16 June 2027) follows it. In practice SaaSiest is the only two-day, operator-run SaaS conference in the Nordics on the sales stack circuit, with SaaStock Dublin the closest equivalent by format and audience; a European revenue leader who does one Nordic event and one Irish or British event a year is picking between May in Malmo and October in Dublin.
Yes. The organiser ran five events in 2026 under the SaaSiest name: Malmo (5 to 6 May), Paris (16 June), Munich (18 June, at Isarwinkel, around 150 attendees per the organiser), the Amsterdam Executive Edition (7 October 2026 at HQ The Conference, Generaal Vetterstraat 51-A, Amsterdam) and the London Executive Edition (19 November 2026 at CodeNode, 10 South Place, London EC2M 7EB), the last of which has its own page on this index. The organiser's 13 May 2026 retrospective gave earlier dates for Amsterdam (6 October) and London (8 October) that were superseded by the dedicated edition sites; the edition sites are used here. Before 2026 the organiser ran SaaSiest Amsterdam as a two-day conference for the Benelux in 2023, 2024 and 2025 (the 2025 edition on 1 to 2 October 2025 at Westerliefde, with a Benelux awards ceremony), and SaaSiest Digital as online editions in 2022 and 2023. The Executive Editions are a different product from Malmo: one day, five role-based rooms, a few hundred seats, and a two-tier price that charges investors and service providers far more than operators.
English. All organiser material, the programme, the speaker roster (Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Dutch, British, American and other nationalities) and the edition sites are in English only; no Swedish-language track or interpretation is mentioned anywhere. The organiser does not state the language explicitly, so this is read from the published content rather than from a policy.
Not live. No online ticket, livestream or virtual pass is offered for the Malmo edition, and the organiser's separate SaaSiest Digital online editions ran in 2022 and 2023 only. Afterwards, yes in part: the organiser publishes session recordings from the Malmo editions (a video archive on saasiest.com/events covers SaaSiest 2021 through 2026, plus Amsterdam and Digital editions), and individual keynotes are released as articles and videos on saasiest.com, for example Dave Killeen's 2026 opening keynote published on 20 May 2026. Roundtables, workshops and the members-only pre-event sessions are not recorded for publication, as far as the published material shows. The SaaSiest podcast, close to 200 episodes per the organiser, is a separate content stream rather than a conference replay.
No refund policy of its own is published: the "General terms and conditions" page on the 2027 edition site covers only badge scanning and lead sharing. Tickets are sold through Confetti, a Swedish ticketing platform (Confetti Technology AB), whose attendee terms state that a ticket purchase cannot be cancelled once paid, that the Swedish Distance Contracts Act does not apply to ticket purchases, that tickets are personal and may not be transferred to a third party or resold, and that any refund in case of a cancelled or relocated event is decided by the organiser, with Confetti's distribution fees not refunded. Name changes for a ticket bought by a company are not addressed in either document; ask contact@saasiest.com before buying if a substitute attendee is likely.
Not publicly disclosed. Neither the organiser's sites nor Slagthuset's practical information page carry an accessibility statement. The venue is a 1990s office and events conversion of a 1904 slaughterhouse with three separate entrances (main entrance at Jorgen Kocksgatan 7, theatre entrance at Navigationsgatan 4, restaurant entrance at Carlsgatan 12e) and a cash-free policy (card or Swish only); lifts exist in the office tower but step-free access to the Theater and the stage rooms used by the conference is not documented. Contact the organiser at contact@saasiest.com with specific requirements.
Slagthuset is at Carlsgatan 12e in Nyhamnen, "just over 100 steps" from Malmo Central station according to the venue. From Copenhagen Airport (Kastrup), a direct Oresund train reaches Malmo Central in about 24 minutes, per the organiser, which makes Copenhagen the practical airport; Malmo's own airport at Sturup is 30 km away with a limited route network. From Stockholm, direct trains reach Malmo Central in around four and a half hours. The organiser's hotel shortlist, all within walking distance: Comfort Hotel Malmo (directly across the street), Clarion Hotel Malmo Live (700 m), Scandic Kramer (700 m), Elite Hotel Savoy (600 m, by the station) and Elite Hotel Esplanade (850 m, city centre); a discount code was published for 2025 (SaaSiest2025) and none yet for 2027. Parking: an underground garage under the building on Carlsgatan, open weekdays 07:00 to 17:00, and outdoor lots on Carlsgatan, Jorgen Kocksgatan and Utstallningsgatan open around the clock. The pre-event padel is at PDL Center, Skeppsbyggaregatan 7, and the canal tour leaves from Norra Vallgatan 66, both near the station.
Because the two numbers come from the same organiser in the same month. The edition site said, and still says, "1000+ Founders, Executives, and VCs"; the founders' own retrospective a week after the 2026 event said "around 900 attendees", and gave the numbers behind it, 39 speakers, 38 sessions, 874 booked meetings. The honest figure is the smaller one, and it has been drifting: 900+ claimed for 2022, 1,200 expected for 2024, over 1,000 claimed for 2025, around 900 counted for 2026. That is not a growing event, it is a stable one at a venue that suits it, and a sponsor pricing a stand or a revenue leader budgeting a trip should plan for a room of 900, half of them first-timers, rather than the poster.
Because it is one of the few European conferences where the go-to-market audience is the guest and the vendor is the paying party. Half the 2026 partner wall is sales and marketing tooling, the Revenue stage is one of three, and the 2026 sessions the organiser chose to highlight are about enterprise deal size, pricing and the death of the marketing-qualified lead, not about tools. At the organiser's Executive Editions this is made explicit in the price: EUR 349 for an operator, EUR 1,299 for an investor or service provider in Amsterdam. For a chief revenue officer in the Nordics that produces a room with an unusually low ratio of sellers to peers; for a sales-technology vendor it means the room is reachable, but only as a partner, and the organiser does not publish what that costs.
Because the founders are from Skane and the venue is a 24-minute train ride from Copenhagen Airport. The organising company is registered in Eslov, a small town 30 km from Malmo, and the first event was built out of a local community rather than placed in a capital. Slagthuset sits beside Malmo Central, which puts it closer to Copenhagen's international airport than most Copenhagen venues are, and the organiser's hotel list is entirely within walking distance. The result is a Nordic event that is easier to reach from Amsterdam, London or Berlin than a Stockholm one, at Swedish rather than Danish prices, which is a large part of why the same venue has held every edition since 2022.
