SaaStock Dublin, officially SaaStock Europe, was the annual B2B SaaS founders, operators and investors conference held each October at the RDS in Dublin from 2016 to 2025; in April 2026 Founderpath acquired the brand and renamed the series AI Growth Summit, whose next European edition runs 24 to 26 May 2027 at Tobacco Dock in London, so no Dublin edition takes place in October 2026.
SaaStock Dublin is the name most people use for SaaStock Europe, the conference for founders, operators and investors in B2B software that Alex Theuma launched in Dublin in 2016 and ran every October at the Royal Dublin Society (RDS) until its tenth edition on 13 to 15 October 2025. It combined main-stage talks from software founders and venture investors, an exhibition hall, and a large structured meeting programme between founders and investors, and it spawned a US edition in Austin (SaaStock USA) and an investor-only pre-day (Investock). Since 15 April 2026 it has been a different thing: Founderpath, the Austin-based non-dilutive financing company run by Nathan Latka, acquired SaaStock's US and European conference operations and is relaunching the series as AI Growth Summit, "formerly SaaStock", per founderpath.com and the announcement reported by The Next Web. Theuma did not sell his new event series: he kept the Shift AI brand and runs Shift AI Europe in Barcelona on 13 and 14 October 2026, in the slot SaaStock Dublin used to occupy. A reader looking for "SaaStock Dublin 2026" is therefore looking for one of two successor events, neither of which is in Dublin.
It does not. No SaaStock or AI Growth Summit edition is scheduled in Dublin or anywhere else in October 2026: saastock.com states that the next European edition "is in planning" and its former event pages for Europe 2026 return no content (checked 6 September 2026), while the acquirer's own page lists only 2027 flagship dates. The next edition of the series formerly known as SaaStock Europe is AI Growth Summit Europe, 24 to 26 May 2027, at Tobacco Dock in Wapping, east London, per founderpath.com/ai-growth-summit (checked 6 September 2026). The last Dublin edition ran 13 to 15 October 2025 at the RDS Simmonscourt, Ballsbridge, with the main conference days on 14 and 15 October and Investock on 13 October. Third-party listings (10times, Founderpath's own events directory, IrelandMe, GrackerAI) still advertise a "SaaStock Europe 2026" at the RDS on 13 to 14 or 13 to 15 October 2026 with "4,000+" attendees: those pages predate the acquisition, are not corroborated by the organiser and are the origin of the wrong dates circulating for this event. Founders who want a Dublin-style October gathering in 2026 will find the former SaaStock team at Shift AI Europe, Barcelona, 13 and 14 October 2026.
Founderpath, the Austin, Texas company founded in 2019 by Nathan Latka (legal name Founderpath Inc. per its Crunchbase and ZoomInfo profiles), organises the successor event, AI Growth Summit, after acquiring SaaStock's US and European conference operations in a deal announced on 15 April 2026 (The Next Web, Cristian Dina; price not disclosed). Founderpath was not a stranger to the event: it sponsored SaaStock for four consecutive editions from 2022 to 2025, held naming rights to the "Founderpath Center Stage" at SaaStock USA 2026, and SaaStock had itself bought Latka's SaaSOpen Austin event for $1.6 million in 2024 (saastock.com blog). The original operating company, SaaScribe Media Limited, still appears in the copyright line of saastock.com, and the founder membership programme is still administered through community@saastock.com; which entity contracts with sponsors and ticket buyers for the 2027 events is not stated on either site. Alex Theuma, SaaStock's founder, is no longer involved: he runs Shift AI (shiftai.events).
The last Dublin edition, October 2025, drew 1,680 attendees from 1,367 organisations in 39 countries (organiser figures, saastock.com/europe/2025), and the London 2027 successor targets 3,000 (organiser target). The 2025 breakdown, again the organiser's own: 302 founders, 133 C-level operators, 94 directors, 60 VPs and 128 active investors, the latter split into 78 venture capital, 16 private equity, 6 angels, 3 family offices, 2 corporate venture and 2 investment bank attendees. By country, the United Kingdom led with 348, ahead of Ireland (111), the United States (54), the Netherlands (43) and Germany (37): a Dublin event whose room was more British than Irish. The attendance figure had fallen sharply: The Next Web puts the 2023 Dublin edition at more than 3,500 attendees, and pre-event marketing for 2025 still promised "approximately 4,500" (The Week In Irish Startups, Ed O'Riordan). No attendee profile exists yet for London 2027.
Everything but the mailing list. The name is AI Growth Summit, the organiser is Founderpath rather than Theuma's SaaScribe Media, the venue moves from the RDS in Dublin to Tobacco Dock in London, and the month moves from October to May (24 to 26 May 2027). The pitch changes too: Founderpath frames the series as "that same community, evolved for the era of AI", and Latka's stated view, quoted by The Next Web, is that the per-seat SaaS model faces "structural pressure it will not recover from", which is why the SaaStock name was dropped. What is kept, per the same article: the SaaStock brand assets, the mailing lists, the sponsor relationships and a claimed decade of community equity (30,000 cumulative attendees and 900 speakers across 14 flagship editions since 2016, organiser figures). The 2025 Dublin edition's headline features, a "Where AI meets ARR" theme, more than 300 tables of one-to-one founder and investor matchmaking, Investock and the SaaSociety retreat, have not been confirmed for the London format.
No programme has been published for AI Growth Summit Europe 2027: as of 6 September 2026 the organiser's page carries dates, venue and an attendance target only, with no agenda, tracks or speaker names. For reference, the last Dublin edition (October 2025) ran under the theme "Where AI meets ARR" and organised its 83 speakers into main-stage keynotes and firesides, an AI-native go-to-market track, enterprise AI return-on-investment sessions, pricing and growth sessions and a "durable SaaS at scale" track, with keynotes from HubSpot (Kieran Flanagan, SVP Marketing and Growth), OpenAI (Máire O'Herlihy, GTM), PolyAI (Nikola Mrksic), Tessl (Guy Podjarny), Bessemer Venture Partners (Justina Chung) and Founderpath (Nathan Latka), all per saastock.com/europe/2025. Whether Founderpath keeps this multi-track structure at Tobacco Dock is not stated.
Not yet published for London 2027. The Dublin editions used four formats, per the organiser's 2025 report: main-stage keynotes and fireside chats; parallel track sessions in smaller rooms; an exhibition hall with sponsor stands, roundtable "Tabletalks" and hosted meetings sold as sponsorship products; and the structured founder-to-investor meeting programme, "300+ tables" of pre-booked one-to-one matchmaking in 2025. Founderpath's own event formats so far are small paid meetups (the Top Founder Summit series on Luma at $10 to $19 a seat, plus a $997 Napa Valley summit) and free evening "AI Growth Summit" city gatherings such as Los Angeles on 14 April 2027; the 3,000-person flagship format is untested.
None announced for London 2027. In Dublin, two ran in 2025 per the organiser: Investock, an investor-only programme on the day before the conference, with 74 attendees from venture, growth-equity and angel funds; and SaaSociety, an invitation-only retreat for founders above $5 million ARR, with 16 attendees. Sponsors ran their own hospitality, for example Deel and FullEnrich co-hosted the welcome party at SaaStock USA 2026. Founderpath also operates SaaStock Founder Membership, a paid peer-group programme (see the cost entry) that includes quarterly dinners and an annual retreat, and runs a rolling calendar of Top Founder Summit evenings in London, Paris, Amsterdam, Berlin and Barcelona (luma.com/meetsaas), which are the closest thing to a year-round side programme for the brand.
Not publicly disclosed for AI Growth Summit Europe 2027: no ticket page, price or on-sale date exists on founderpath.com as of 6 September 2026, and the only registration link is a free Luma sign-up for the local meetups. For the Dublin editions, Founderpath's events directory lists "€499 early-bird to €1,199+ for full-access passes" (unverifiable information), a directory figure that was never confirmed against the organiser's own ticket page, which is no longer online. The one price the organiser does publish is SaaStock Founder Membership, at €1,499 a year for founders at $500,000 to $1 million ARR and €1,999 a year above $1 million ARR, sold with "exclusive discounts of up to 30%" on in-person conferences, per saastock.com/founder-membership. For comparison, the Barcelona alternative run by the former SaaStock team, Shift AI Europe on 13 and 14 October 2026, publishes €895 for founders and operators, €1,195 for service providers and €1,295 for investors, net of VAT, with its late-rate deadline on 10 September 2026 (europe.shiftai.events).
Not publicly disclosed. Neither founderpath.com/ai-growth-summit nor saastock.com carries a call for speakers, a submission form or selection criteria for the 2027 flagships (both checked 6 September 2026); the SaaStock speakers page lists past speakers only. The only route Founderpath offers for involvement is commercial: a "Become a Sponsor" WhatsApp link to Nathan Latka (wa.link/y82o72), with sponsor packages historically bundling stage slots. Speakers at the Dublin editions were mostly founders and investors invited directly; the 2025 line-up (HubSpot, OpenAI, Bessemer, PolyAI, Tessl) shows the profile the organiser recruited.

The Dublin editions sold four sponsorship products, per a June 2025 organiser post: hosted meetings, Tabletalks (roundtables), exhibition hall stands and thought leadership (speaking slots), in Platinum, Gold and Silver tiers. Those prices were never public either.

Founderpath itself, the buyer, was a Platinum sponsor of the edition it went on to acquire. Chargebee, Intercom, Maxio, Deel and Paddle are named on saastock.com as repeat backers across editions. For the October 2026 alternative, Shift AI Europe lists Atlassian, Deel, Elastic Scale, Personio, Bloomreach, Sana, Precoro, Userguiding, Accoil, Re-Cap, Evergrowth and Vendep Capital, several of them former SaaStock Dublin sponsors.
B2B software companies, mostly venture-backed or seeking capital, and the investors who fund them. The organiser's 2025 Dublin data gives 302 founders and 128 active investors among 1,680 attendees, with the largest single contingent from the United Kingdom (348) rather than Ireland (111). The sponsor list shows the vendor side: payments and billing (Chargebee, Maxio, Stripe, Airwallex, BBVA), global payroll and HR (Deel, Remote, Rippling), security and compliance (Okta, Drata), cloud infrastructure (AWS, Akamai, Atlassian), sales and marketing tools (Amplemarket, Lusha, Expandi, G2) and M&A advisers (FE International). No percentage breakdown by company size is published, but the organiser's own eligibility band for founder membership ($500,000 to $100 million ARR) and the SaaSociety threshold ($5 million ARR and above) describe the range it targets. Founderpath's stated focus for the successor series is "AI-native", "AI-first" and "AI-enabled" software companies, categories it already counted at SaaStock USA 2026 (218, 149 and 126 of 935 attendees respectively, organiser figures).
Not publicly disclosed. No press or media page, accreditation form or press contact exists on founderpath.com/ai-growth-summit or saastock.com as of 6 September 2026, and a web search for a SaaStock press pass returns nothing event-specific. The only published contacts are the sponsorship WhatsApp line and community@saastock.com for the membership programme; a journalist would have to use one of those or approach Nathan Latka directly.
The acquisition and rebrand is the only recent coverage with reporting in it: The Next Web (Cristian Dina, 15 April 2026) broke the Founderpath deal, the AI Growth Summit name, Theuma's Shift AI plans and the cumulative figures. The Dublin editions themselves generated mostly promotional material: listings on Dublin.ie and 10times, sponsor pages from BBVA Spark, Deel, saas.group and Gallium Ventures, an attendee-list sales page from Vendelux, a pre-event guide in The Week In Irish Startups (Ed O'Riordan), and SEO posts by sales-tool vendors such as Mirareach recycling the "SaaStock is dead" line to sell Shift Europe. No report from the Irish or UK business press on the 2025 edition or on the 2026 sale was found in this research.
Three levels. Independent reporting: The Next Web's article, which names its sources and reports figures with attribution; no media partner relationship was found, so it is treated as independent. Promotional but independent: sponsor and listing pages (Dublin.ie, BBVA Spark, Deel, saas.group), which repeat organiser claims. Stale or wrong: the directory listings still selling a "SaaStock Europe 2026" at the RDS with "4,000+" attendees, and the pre-event "approximately 4,500" attendance promise for 2025, against the organiser's own post-event count of 1,680. Every attendance, speaker and sponsor figure in this fiche comes from the organiser's own edition reports and is unaudited; the 3,000 target for London 2027 is a sales line for sponsors, not a registration count.
Anyone planning on a Dublin trip in October 2026: there is no event. Anyone who needs to book a 2027 budget now: AI Growth Summit Europe has no ticket price, agenda or speaker as of 6 September 2026, so the decision can only be made on the brand's past and on Founderpath's unproven ability to run a 3,000-person flagship (its own events to date are meetups and a Napa summit). Sales and revenue leaders at non-software companies: the room is founders, operators and investors in B2B software, and the sponsor list is tooling for that market. Founders who mainly want investor meetings this year: Shift AI Europe in Barcelona (13 and 14 October 2026, 1,000 attendees hard-capped, 16 pre-booked one-to-one meetings per pass, organiser figures) is built around exactly that and is run by the team that ran the Dublin matchmaking. Anyone allergic to founder-financing pitches: the new owner sells revenue-based funding, and its events already carry that message.
In its new form it moves from the autumn cluster to late spring. AI Growth Summit Europe, London, 24 to 26 May 2027, lands between SaaSiest in Malmo (11 and 12 May 2027) and GTM Festival London (16 June 2027), two months after All4Customer Paris (23 to 25 March 2027), and it will be the largest founder-and-investor gathering in that window if it reaches its target. Its old October slot is now crowded: Shift AI Europe in Barcelona (13 and 14 October 2026) overlaps TechSolutions Paris (14 and 15 October) and follows Canalys Forums EMEA, also in Barcelona (6 to 8 October), with Agentforce World Tour London on 15 October and Sales Enablement Summit Berlin on 21 October right behind. For a London-based SaaS audience the direct comparison is SaaStr Europa, London, 1 and 2 December 2026, alongside Chief Revenue Officer Summit London (1 December) and Revenue Operations Summit London (2 and 3 December): SaaStr's founder Jason Lemkin has spoken at SaaStock in the past, and the two brands have long competed for the same European founders. Yes, and after 2025 all of them are outside Dublin. SaaStock USA ran in Austin, Texas, most recently on 15 and 16 April 2026 at the Palmer Events Center with 935 attendees, 57 speakers and 55 sponsors (organiser figures): the last edition under Theuma's ownership. Its successor is AI Growth Summit USA, 23 to 25 August 2027, Fort Mason Center, San Francisco, with the same 3,000 target as London (founderpath.com; a Founderpath meetup page instead refers to "AI Growth Summit USA this September", so the US month is not settled). Founderpath also runs free AI Growth Summit evenings (Los Angeles, 14 April 2027, Soho Warehouse) and paid Top Founder Summit meetups in New York, Paris, London, Amsterdam, Berlin, Barcelona, Krakow, Seattle, Portland and Napa Valley. The Founder Membership page states that the brand's "online conferences" are free to members, which indicates remote-format events exist for that paid community, but none is scheduled on the public calendar as of 6 September 2026. Not publicly disclosed for conference tickets: saastock.com's terms page returns nothing (checked 6 September 2026) and founderpath.com publishes no ticket terms for AI Growth Summit. The one written policy is for Founder Membership, where cancelling means "a cancellation fee, equal to a 1-month membership" (saastock.com/founder-membership). Not addressed by the organiser: no accessibility statement exists on founderpath.com or saastock.com. The London venue publishes one. Tobacco Dock is a Grade I listed building on several levels with mixed flooring; where step-free access is restricted, "temporary ramps are available and can be deployed by trained members of staff"; accessible toilets are marked on event maps; guide and assistance dogs are welcome; there is no on-site parking, the nearest accessible parking being the Yellow Park car park; and the venue operates as a dry hire, so access decisions on the day sit with the organiser. Tobacco Dock is in Wapping, east London. The nearest stations, both about 0.3 miles away per the venue: Shadwell (DLR, step-free; also London Overground, not step-free) and Wapping (London Overground, not step-free). Shadwell DLR connects to Bank in the City and to London City Airport in about 20 minutes each way; Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted reach central London by rail and need an onward DLR or Overground leg. There is no parking at the venue. For anyone still travelling to the old venue: the RDS Simmonscourt in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, is about 15 minutes by car from Dublin city centre, and it is not hosting this event in 2026.
SaaStock Dublin did not end because a bigger rival won its slot; it ended because its own numbers no longer supported the brand. The organiser's reports show the Dublin room going from more than 3,500 attendees in 2023 to 1,680 in 2025, while pre-event marketing was still promising 4,500, and the April 2026 sale came six months after that edition. Founderpath bought a mailing list, a sponsor book and a name it immediately dropped, and its owner said in public that the per-seat SaaS model the conference was built on faces "structural pressure it will not recover from". The two successors express the two halves of the split: Founderpath's AI Growth Summit is a 3,000-seat London bet on AI-era founders financed without venture capital, the buyer's own business; Alex Theuma's Shift AI Europe is a 1,000-seat, hard-capped Barcelona event built on the one Dublin feature with proven demand, the pre-booked founder-to-investor meetings. A founder who valued SaaStock Dublin for its investor tables should follow Theuma; a sponsor who valued its reach should wait to see whether Founderpath fills Tobacco Dock.
Every number in this fiche is the organiser's. The 1,680 attendees, 83 speakers and 84 sponsors of 2025, the 30,000 cumulative attendees and 900 speakers claimed at the sale, and the 3,000 target for London 2027 are self-reported by whoever was selling sponsorship at the time, with no audit and no independent count. The same brand marketed the 2025 Dublin edition at "approximately 4,500" attendees and reported 1,680 afterwards, a gap of nearly two thirds between the pitch and the count, and its own events directory still lists a 2026 Dublin edition that does not exist. The 3,000 for London is a target on a sponsor recruitment page, published a year before the event by a company that has never run a conference of that size. Read it as an ambition, and read any 2026 Dublin listing as an error.
