Built to Scale is a French-language morning event held on 16 June 2026 at PC'UP, the deeptech incubator of ESPCI Paris, at 6 Rue Jean Calvin in the 5th arrondissement. It is co-hosted with RAISE Sherpas. The event gathers deeptech CTOs, CEOs and technical leaders to discuss how to grow and structure technical teams as a company moves from research to production and into hypergrowth.
The agenda runs a welcome coffee (09:00), a panel discussion (09:30) and breakfast networking (10:30). The discussion covers recruiting technical talent, structuring teams, technical governance and maintaining velocity through rapid growth. The Luma page showed around 40 attendees registered.
The event runs on 16 June, the morning before VivaTech's business programme opens, as one of the practitioner-focused sessions that cluster around the show. Its in-person, French-language format makes it a local working session.
