Sales Stack EMEA: the 2026 circuit
Last updated: 10 October 2026. Next review: 10 November 2026. Sources are linked in the text and listed at the end of the page.
The sales stack is the set of tools a revenue organisation runs on: the CRM at the centre, then prospecting data and outreach sequencing, conversation intelligence, forecasting and pipeline analytics, enablement content and coaching, and the partner relationship management layer for companies that sell through resellers. It is a large market with a small event calendar. Gartner sizes CRM sales software alone at $25.7 billion worldwide in 2024, growing 12.2 percent (Gartner, Market Share Analysis: CRM Sales, Worldwide, 2024), and the whole CRM software market at $128 billion the same year. Yet no EMEA event is built around that spend the way SuperReturn is built around private capital or HR Tech shows are built around HR software. The last standalone attempt, the UK's Sales Innovation Expo, no longer exists as a separate brand: its domain redirects to B2B Marketing Live, a marketing show with no named sales-technology zone.
What exists instead is a circuit assembled from four kinds of room. The CRM vendors run their own free customer tours, and in EMEA the two that matter are Salesforce's Agentforce World Tour (ExCeL in London in October, the Palais des Congres in Paris in November) and HubSpot's GROW Europe at the Southbank Centre in London. The B2B SaaS conferences, SaaStr Europa in London, SaaSiest in Malmo and its London executive edition, and AI Growth Summit Europe (the London relaunch of SaaStock), are where founders, CROs and investors compare go-to-market playbooks and where the sales-tech vendors themselves sell to their own peers. The practitioner communities, the Revenue Operations Alliance, the Sales Enablement Collective and the Go-to-Market Alliance, run single-city summits for the people who administer the stack. And a handful of larger shows carry the stack as one track among many: Web Summit in Lisbon, the largest single gathering of SaaS vendors and enterprise buyers in EMEA, Forrester's analyst forum, the Canalys channel conference, and two Paris trade fairs where CRM is a cluster inside enterprise IT or customer-experience programmes.
This page tracks seventeen events across that circuit for the people who decide what a sales organisation buys: heads of sales and chief revenue officers who own the number, revenue operations leaders who own the stack, and chief technology officers who have to integrate it with the data platform. It explains who is in each room, what they come to find out, how the market behind the events makes money, and how to choose between events that rarely compete head to head.

Who is in the room
Chief revenue officers and heads of sales are the buyers with budget authority, and they are the hardest population to find on an exhibition floor. They cluster at the invitation-only Chief Revenue Officer Summit in London, in the revenue room of SaaSiest London Executive Edition, on the founder and CRO stages at SaaStr Europa and, from May 2027, AI Growth Summit Europe, and in the paying audience at Forrester's B2B Forum. A Gartner survey of 210 chief sales officers and senior sales executives run in January and February 2026 found that 60 percent say their revenue number is largely driven by elements outside their control (Gartner press release, 2026); what brings them to these rooms is the search for the variables they can still move, and the stack is one of them.
Revenue operations leaders are the people who actually run the stack: CRM administration, data hygiene, forecasting models, tool consolidation. They are the core audience at Revenue Operations Summit London, which the Revenue Operations Alliance reports at 1,000-plus attendees from 800-plus companies (organiser figure), and they are the largest single group at the Salesforce and HubSpot tours, where they go to see what the platform will do next before their CRO asks. The Go-to-Market Alliance's GTM Festival adds a cross-functional layer, with RevOps sitting beside product marketing and customer success under one pass, on a smaller scale: 200-plus attendees from 150-plus companies (organiser figures).
Sales enablement practitioners own onboarding, coaching and content, and increasingly the conversation-intelligence tools that record and score calls. Their community, the Sales Enablement Collective, runs the Berlin summit in October and a London edition co-located with Revenue Operations Summit in December.
Chief technology officers and heads of data rarely attend a sales conference by choice, but the stack now lands on their desk: the CRM has become the system of record that AI agents act on, and the integration, permissions and data-residency questions are theirs. They are the population Salesforce is speaking to when it puts Data Cloud and Agentforce at the centre of the World Tour keynote, and the population Web Summit's enterprise and developer stages address. They are also the buyers TechSolutions in Paris is built for, where CRM runs beside ERP, data and e-procurement.
Founders and investors in B2B software are the population that makes SaaStr Europa, SaaSiest, AI Growth Summit Europe and Web Summit distinct from the practitioner events. They come for capital, for benchmarks and for customers, and the sales-tech vendors are among them as exhibitors, sponsors and speakers. SaaStock's last Dublin edition, in October 2025, drew 1,680 attendees, 83 speakers and 84 sponsors (organiser figures), and Founderpath, which bought the brand, targets 3,000 for the London relaunch in May 2027 (organiser target); Web Summit is an order of magnitude larger: 71,386 attendees, 2,725 startups and 1,857 investors at the 2025 edition (organiser figures).
Channel partners, distributors and resellers are the population of Canalys Forums EMEA, 2,500-plus senior channel executives by the organiser's count. They are not sales-technology buyers by name, but they are the network that partner relationship management software exists to manage, and no dedicated PRM event exists in EMEA.
What people come to find out
Which event is worth the trip if I own the number? For a CRO with one trip a year, the invitation-only Chief Revenue Officer Summit on 1 December in London is the only room built for that title alone, and Revenue Operations Summit runs the next two days at the same venue. A CRO who also raises capital or sells to other SaaS companies gets more from SaaStr Europa or, from May 2027, AI Growth Summit Europe.
Where do I see the CRM roadmap without paying? At the vendor tours. Agentforce World Tour London and Paris and HubSpot GROW Europe are free or low-cost registration events run by the vendors, with the product keynote, the partner floor and the customer sessions in one day. They are the least neutral rooms on the circuit and the most efficient for a team already on that platform.
Is there a trade show where I can compare sales tools side by side? One: Sales Summit in Dusseldorf, with 100-plus exhibitors on a floor built around CRM, AI prospecting and enablement (organiser figure). Everything else is either a vendor's own event or a conference with a sponsor area rather than a comparison floor.
Where do RevOps people learn from each other rather than from vendors? At the practitioner summits: Revenue Operations Summit London, Sales Enablement Summit Berlin, GTM Festival London. They are run by membership communities, not trade-show operators, and their programmes are built from practitioner case studies.
Which of these events is analyst-led? Forrester's B2B Forum EMEA is the only one where the content is the analyst firm's own research. It costs GBP 699 to 899 (organiser price, 2026), has no exhibition floor, and its 2026 theme is buyer autonomy under AI.
Where do the sales-tech vendors themselves go to sell? To the SaaS conferences and to Web Summit. Gong, Clari, Apollo, Outreach and their peers are B2B SaaS companies selling to other B2B SaaS companies, and their EMEA field marketing follows SaaStr Europa, SaaSiest, the relaunched SaaStock and Lisbon rather than any sales-specific show.
Does the stack have a French circuit? A partial one. Agentforce World Tour Paris is the largest single-day sales-technology audience in France: its May 2026 edition at Porte de Versailles drew more than 8,000 professionals (organiser figure), and the November stop at the Palais des Congres is the smaller post-Dreamforce relay. TechSolutions carries CRM as a cluster in October and All4Customer Paris carries it as a heritage theme in March, both at Porte de Versailles; neither is a sales-stack event by name.
How the room actually works
Four formats, and they do not substitute for one another.
Vendor tours are product launches with an audience. Salesforce's Agentforce World Tour and HubSpot's GROW Europe run on a single day with a keynote, a partner expo and role-based breakouts; registration is free or nominal because the event is a marketing cost, not a revenue line. The room is customers, prospects and the vendor's partner network, and the content is the vendor's roadmap. There is no comparison to be made on site, and nobody pretends otherwise.
SaaS conferences are marketplaces. SaaStr Europa, SaaSiest, AI Growth Summit Europe and Web Summit sell paid tickets to founders and operators, sell sponsorship and stands to vendors, and sell access to investors through structured meeting programmes. The sales-stack content sits in go-to-market tracks beside product, finance and fundraising sessions; the buyer of a sales tool at these events is usually a founder or CRO of a company under a few hundred employees, and the seller is a vendor's own sales team working the floor.
Practitioner summits are peer conferences. Revenue Operations Summit, Sales Enablement Summit, Chief Revenue Officer Summit and GTM Festival are run by membership communities that also sell online courses and certifications; the summit is the in-person expression of the community. Programmes are case studies from practitioners, sponsors are vendors who want those practitioners, and the invitation-only CRO day sits on top as the executive tier. Revenue Operations Summit London layers three co-located tracks under one ticket.
Trade fairs are the format the stack mostly lacks. Sales Summit in Dusseldorf is the one exhibition floor built for it; TechSolutions and All4Customer in Paris carry CRM as a cluster inside a wider enterprise IT or customer-experience show. Visitors register, walk the stands, and attend a conference programme that runs beside the floor.
Forrester's B2B Forum and Canalys Forums EMEA sit outside those four: one is an analyst research event with a paying audience, the other an industry conference for the IT channel that this index uses as the reference room for partner relationship management.
The seasonal structure
The circuit is back-loaded into the fourth quarter. Forrester opens it on 28 and 29 September in London. October carries Canalys Forums EMEA in Barcelona (6 to 8), TechSolutions in Paris (14 and 15), Agentforce World Tour London at ExCeL (15) and Sales Enablement Summit Berlin (21). November stacks Sales Summit in Dusseldorf (4 and 5), Agentforce World Tour Paris (5), Web Summit in Lisbon (9 to 12), HubSpot GROW Europe in London (17) and SaaSiest London Executive Edition (19). December closes with the London trio at the InterContinental The O2: Chief Revenue Officer Summit on 1 December, Revenue Operations Summit on 2 and 3 December, with SaaStr Europa, now branded SaaStr AI London, in the same city on 1 and 2 December (dates indexed from the organiser's listing, not yet confirmed on its site).
The first half of the year is thin. All4Customer Paris runs 23 to 25 March 2027, SaaSiest in Malmo 11 and 12 May 2027, AI Growth Summit Europe at Tobacco Dock in London 24 to 26 May 2027 (the relaunch of SaaStock, whose last Dublin edition was October 2025), GTM Festival London 16 June 2027. Salesforce and HubSpot both ran spring or early-summer European stops in 2026 (Agentforce World Tour Paris in May and London in June, per the vendor's event pages), and the autumn dates tracked here are the next confirmed editions; whether the vendors keep a twice-yearly rhythm in 2027 is not announced.
The practical consequence for a buyer: a sales-stack evaluation timed to the calendar starts in London at the end of September and can see every major room by mid-December, with London hosting nine of the seventeen events.
The business behind the circuit
The money behind these rooms is CRM licence revenue, and it is concentrated. Salesforce reported $41.5 billion of revenue for its fiscal year 2026, up 10 percent, with Agentforce, its AI agent layer, at $800 million of annual recurring revenue, up 169 percent (Salesforce fourth-quarter fiscal 2026 results, 25 February 2026). HubSpot reported $3.13 billion for calendar 2025, up 19 percent, on 288,706 paying customers (HubSpot fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 results, 11 February 2026). Gartner's market-share data puts CRM sales software at $25.7 billion in 2024 and forecasts $28.7 billion for 2025 with a 12.8 percent compound growth rate to 2029 (Gartner, Forecast Analysis: CRM Sales Software, Worldwide). The two quarters reported since then show the same concentration. Salesforce's second quarter of fiscal 2027, reported on 26 August 2026, brought revenue of $11.3 billion, up 11 percent, with Agentforce ARR above $1.5 billion, up more than 240 percent, and Agentforce plus Data 360 ARR of nearly $3.9 billion (Salesforce investor release). HubSpot's second quarter, reported on 5 August 2026, brought revenue of $911.7 million, up 20 percent as reported, and 306,446 customers, up 14 percent (HubSpot Form 8-K). Those two vendors' European customer tours are, in effect, the largest sales-stack events on the continent, funded from marketing budgets that dwarf any trade-show operator's revenue.
Below the CRM layer, the point-solution vendors that filled the 2019 to 2022 funding cycle are consolidating. Clari and Salesloft, forecasting and sales engagement respectively, completed a merger on 3 December 2025 into a combined company with more than $450 million of annual recurring revenue and 5,000-plus customers (company announcement). Apollo.io bought Pocus, a signal-based revenue intelligence platform, on 19 March 2026. Zoom announced on 2 July 2026 a definitive agreement to acquire Common Room, a go-to-market intelligence platform (Zoom investor relations); a completion notice was not found in the sources checked. ZoomInfo had absorbed the conversation-intelligence vendor Chorus in 2021. The pattern is the same each time: a data or platform company buys a workflow tool so the buyer has one fewer contract. For the event calendar, consolidation means fewer sponsors with bigger budgets, and it explains why no standalone conversation-intelligence or outbound conference exists in EMEA: the vendors that would headline one are being folded into platforms that already have a tour.
The analysts set the agenda that the vendors then sell against. Gartner predicts that by 2028 AI agents will outnumber human sellers ten to one, and in the same release that fewer than 40 percent of sellers will say the agents improved their productivity (Gartner press release, 18 November 2025). Forrester built its 2026 EMEA forum around AI-driven buyer autonomy. Both firms sell research subscriptions and paid conferences on the strength of those framings, and both framings favour the platform vendors, whose pitch is that agents need a system of record to act on.
The community operators are the small end of the market. The Revenue Operations Alliance, Sales Enablement Collective and Go-to-Market Alliance share an ownership and a model: free membership, paid courses and certifications, and a city-by-city summit series across London, Berlin, New York and other cities where sponsorship from the vendors above pays for the room. Their growth in EMEA since 2023 has run in the opposite direction to the trade shows, which have contracted: Sales Innovation Expo folded into B2B Marketing Live, the CRM cluster of Salons Solutions became one of six tracks under the TechSolutions rebrand, and Salon Strategie Clients, once France's CRM and call-centre fair, merged into All4Customer Paris in 2026.
The SaaS conferences sit between those two poles, and SaaStock shows how thin the margins are. After attendance fell from 3,500-plus in 2023 to 1,680 in 2025 (organiser figures, as reported by The Next Web on 15 April 2026 and on saastock.com), Founderpath, an Austin-based SaaS financing company, acquired the conference business in April 2026 and relaunched it as AI Growth Summit, with a first European edition at Tobacco Dock in London on 24 to 26 May 2027; SaaStock's founder Alex Theuma took the October Barcelona slot with a separate 1,000-seat event, Shift AI Europe, not tracked here. An independent operator competing with vendor-funded tours for the same sponsors did not stay independent.
What is on the agenda in 2026
Agents in the CRM. Every vendor keynote on this circuit in autumn 2026 is an agent keynote. Salesforce's tour is named after Agentforce; HubSpot's GROW Europe theme for 2026 is "Moving Fast Without Breaking Trust" (organiser's event page); Forrester's forum is framed around buyers who use agents to research and shortlist before a seller is involved. What is acted: Agentforce's ARR, reported above $1.5 billion in August 2026 against $800 million in February, is a reported figure, not a forecast. What is announced: the Gartner ten-to-one ratio is a 2028 prediction and should be read as one.
Consolidation of the mid-stack. The Clari and Salesloft merger, the Apollo and Pocus deal and the Zoom and Common Room agreement all closed or were announced in the twelve months to July 2026. Buyers at Revenue Operations Summit and SaaStr Europa will be comparing platforms that did not exist in their current shape a year earlier, and sponsor line-ups reflect the new owners.
The seller productivity question. Gartner's finding that fewer than 40 percent of sellers expect agents to improve their productivity, and its 2026 survey in which 60 percent of chief sales officers say the number is driven by factors outside their control, are the two data points the practitioner summits are programming against: enablement and RevOps sessions in Berlin and London are about making the tools already bought pay, not about buying more.
Buyer autonomy and the shrinking seller window. Forrester's thesis for the EMEA forum is that AI-assisted buyers arrive later and better informed; the counterpart at the SaaS conferences is product-led and self-serve growth, a SaaSiest and SaaStr staple. Both change what the stack is for: less outreach volume, more signal and intent data, which is where the acquired point solutions sit.
Where France fits. The 2026 merger that produced All4Customer Paris and the TechSolutions rebrand of Salons Solutions both fold CRM into broader programmes; the Agentforce World Tour Paris on 5 November is now the largest sales-technology audience in the country on a single day. No French practitioner community summit exists on the model of the London and Berlin ones.
Trends 2027
Vendor tours will decide the calendar. Salesforce ran Paris in May and London in June in 2026, then scheduled London for October and Paris for November; HubSpot has held GROW Europe in London in November two years running and reports sell-outs (organiser's page). If the vendors settle on autumn, the practitioner and SaaS conferences in October and November will be competing for the same weeks and the same sponsors. Watch the 2027 dates as they are announced on the vendors' event pages.
A London executive tier is forming. The Chief Revenue Officer Summit (invitation-only, 1 December 2026) and SaaSiest's London Executive Edition (director-level and above, 19 November 2026) are both new or recent, and both sell scarcity rather than scale. Expect more invitation-only formats layered on top of open conferences, and expect them to be where the actual buying decisions are discussed.
No standalone sales-tech trade show is coming back. Sales Summit in Dusseldorf remains the only exhibition floor built for the category, and the consolidation of the point solutions removes the mid-sized exhibitors that a second one would need. The realistic path for a comparison floor is a sales-technology zone inside a larger show, which is what TechSolutions already does in Paris and what B2B Marketing Live has not done in London.
Analyst events may move. Gartner's CSO and Sales Leader Conference is in Las Vegas in 2026 and lists a 2027 London edition without a published date at the time of this page; if it lands, it becomes the second analyst-led event on the circuit beside Forrester's forum. It is not tracked here until a date is public.
The community operators will keep multiplying editions. GTM Festival London is already dated for 16 June 2027 at Convene Sancroft, jointly run by the Go-to-Market Alliance's sister communities; the Sales Enablement Collective runs London beside Berlin. The risk for a buyer is fragmentation: the same practitioner content across more, smaller rooms.
Choosing between these events
To see the CRM incumbent's roadmap and meet its partner network: Agentforce World Tour London (15 October, ExCeL) or Paris (5 November, Palais des Congres) for Salesforce accounts; HubSpot GROW Europe (17 November, Southbank Centre, London) for HubSpot accounts. Free or nominal registration, one day, vendor content.
To compare tools on a floor: Sales Summit, Dusseldorf, 4 and 5 November, the only dedicated exhibition. TechSolutions, Paris, 14 and 15 October, if CRM is one of several enterprise categories being evaluated at once.
To learn how peers run the stack: Revenue Operations Summit London (2 and 3 December) for RevOps; Sales Enablement Summit Berlin (21 October) for enablement; GTM Festival London (16 June 2027, from GBP 595 plus tax) for cross-functional go-to-market. Paid tickets, practitioner programmes, sponsor areas rather than exhibition floors.
To sit with other revenue leaders only: Chief Revenue Officer Summit London, 1 December, by invitation. SaaSiest London Executive Edition, 19 November at CodeNode, 300 seats, for director level and above at B2B SaaS companies past roughly EUR 2 million of ARR (organiser's eligibility rule, GBP 349 for SaaS executives, GBP 899 for investors and service providers, both excluding VAT).
To buy, sell or raise in B2B SaaS: SaaStr Europa (1 and 2 December, London, dates to be confirmed), SaaSiest (11 and 12 May 2027, Malmo), AI Growth Summit Europe (24 to 26 May 2027, London, the relaunched SaaStock). Web Summit (9 to 12 November, Lisbon) for the largest floor and the least sales-specific one.
To read the analysts' thesis before the vendors sell it: Forrester's B2B Forum EMEA, 28 and 29 September, London, GBP 699 to 899.
To reach the channel: Canalys Forums EMEA, Barcelona, 6 to 8 October, the reference room for partner relationship management even though no PRM event exists by name.
To evaluate CRM inside a customer-experience programme in France: All4Customer Paris, 23 to 25 March 2027.
These are descriptions of what each format serves, not rankings; the index does not rate comparable events against each other.

Methodology and data standards
Each event record is built from primary source verification against the organiser's own website, checked on the date carried by each fiche. Attendance, exhibitor and price figures come from official event materials and are flagged as organiser figures where no independent count exists. Market figures on this page are attributed to the named report or results release and its date; none is an estimate of this index.
This page groups events tagged sales-stack as a controlled sector value in the database, and the list in this page's frontmatter is the authority for the vertical: a build check refuses any mismatch between that list and the tagged fiches. Inclusion does not mean an event is a sales-technology conference by name: Web Summit, Canalys Forums EMEA, TechSolutions and All4Customer Paris are tracked because of the sales-stack buyers and vendors in the room, and each fiche says so. Events without a published next edition (Gartner's 2027 London conference, Mercuri's The Sales Conference in Stockholm) are not tracked until a date is public. The index does not rank comparable events against each other. Records not reviewed within twelve months are flagged for re-verification before being surfaced in search results.
Vendor financials on this page come from the vendor's own results release or SEC filing; analyst predictions are labelled as predictions. This page reflects information available on 10 October 2026.
